The Future of TruLata: Welcoming Tiffany Bednar as COO & Celebrating Our Merger with SFMinc.co

Tracewell (Trace) Gordon and Tiffany Bednar

We’re excited to announce that Tiffany Bednar has officially joined TruLata as Chief Operating Officer and partner across TruLata Holdings and TruLata SaaS. This move also marks the formal merger of SFMinc.co with TruLata—uniting two companies built on shared values, years of collaboration, and a deep belief in ethical, high-impact marketing. Since 2018, Tiffany and I have worked together behind the scenes to guide companies through critical growth stages. Now, we're combining strengths to build something bigger: a strategy-first, AI-enhanced consultancy that helps serious companies scale with clarity, precision, and integrity.

When I launched TruLata, it was with one goal in mind: to bring integrity, intelligence, and innovation back to digital marketing. TruLata has helped enterprise platforms scale, guided high-growth startups through inflection points, and architected marketing systems that actually deliver results. And in the face of the evolution of an AI driven landscape, now is the time for TruLata to brace for substantial growth for our clients.

Today, I’m thrilled to announce something that’s been quietly building for years.

Tiffany Bednar, founder of SFMinc.co, has officially joined TruLata as Chief Operating Officer, and as a partner in TruLata Holdings, LLC and TruLata SaaS, LLC. This partnership marks the formal merger of SFMinc.co into TruLata—a move that’s not just strategic, but personal.

A Partnership Years in the Making

Tiffany and I met back in 2018 through a mutual client. From our first collaboration, it was clear we were cut from the same cloth. We spoke the same language—strategy-first, no fluff, focused on real outcomes—and shared the same frustrations with an industry often more interested in looking good than delivering value.

Over the next six years, we stayed connected, working together behind the scenes on complex accounts and high-stakes pivots. We tackled rebrands, product launches, pitched investor decks, and full-funnel transformations. Always aligned. Always honest. Always solving for what matters most: the client’s growth.

So earlier this year, the idea emerged: What if we stopped collaborating as separate companies and started building something together?

Not just talent—but values.

Why This Merger Matters

This merger is more than an organizational update for TruLata—it’s a doubling down on what makes us different and potent for our clients.

At a time when marketing has become increasingly automated, shallow, and disconnected, Tiffany brings operational brilliance, deep marketing ethics, and a rare ability to see both the forest and the trees.

She’s spent her career building systems that work, coaching executive teams, and creating structure for companies trying to scale with clarity—not chaos. Her leadership makes us faster, smarter, and stronger across every client engagement.

Together, we’re evolving TruLata into something more:

  • A strategy-first consultancy with enterprise-level execution.

  • A performance-driven agency with operational rigor.

  • A boutique powerhouse that knows when to scale and when to simplify. No fluff.

What Changes—and What Doesn’t

With this merger:

  • SFMinc.co clients now gain access to TruLata’s broader capabilities, from AI-enhanced SEO to end-to-end funnel performance strategy.

  • TruLata clients benefit from Tiffany’s operational leadership, creative discipline, and transformation expertise.

  • Tiffany steps into the COO role, helping lead company operations, client strategy, and growth initiatives.

  • We’ve also formalized our joint ownership structure across TruLata Holdings and TruLata SaaS, setting the stage for scalable new ventures under the TruLata brand.

What stays the same is our promise: no fluff, no bloat, no shortcuts. Just honest strategy, ethical execution, and measurable results.

What’s Next

TruLata LLC and SFMinc.co

This isn’t just a new chapter for TruLata—it’s the beginning of a larger play. With a unified leadership team and years of chemistry behind us, we’re poised to scale everything we do: from enterprise marketing systems to our new AI-native software offerings.

We’ll have more to share in the coming weeks as we roll out new services, tools, and thought leadership. For now, we’re doing what we always do: keeping our heads down and doing great work for great companies.

To Tiffany—welcome to TruLata. And to our clients and friends—this is just the beginning.
