Services

Get the work done, and see it land on one screen.

TruLata sells marketing, software and consulting. Marketing services report into a view on TruLata that refreshes when you open it, with a header stamp that says when the data was pulled, and consulting goals sit on its Overview. Our team does the work on Command, or on a managed strategy retainer scoped with you.

What does TruLata run for me on top of the software?

The outcome you want from a service is the work done and a record you can read without asking. TruLata keeps the record: one screen that refreshes when you open it, with a header stamp that says when the data was pulled. Every service here is our team working above that screen.

Three practices, one team: marketing, each service reporting into its own view, and software, AI and consulting, the builds that run your operation and the advice that decides where the next dollar goes. Our team does the work for you on Command, which adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, or on the managed strategy retainer, scoped with you.

Consulting

Which marketing services do you run, and where do the results show up?

Every marketing service reports into the view built for it. Search and AI search reports into the search view, queries, impressions, clicks and average position from Search Console, two to three days behind, and into the AI visibility view, which scores ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok at baseline and as the program moves. Paid search reports into the ads view: spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, hours behind, with your account's change history read every morning at 7:05am Eastern. Content reports into the content view, each piece filed as a Google Doc in your Drive.

Websites report into the website view and, where your forms feed the lead sheet, the Leads view, newest first. Analytics reports into the analytics view: GA4 sessions, sources, pages and key events, hours behind intraday. Branding shows up in ad creatives where we run paid social; the branding view holds your logo and brand colour for the workspace. Digital marketing as a whole reports into the Overview: pipeline funnel, revenue by channel, every workstream. Where you send through ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or another platform with an API, campaign statistics read live into the email view.

For a trade with a territory, local services marketing is the hub, with a page each for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, fencing contractors, garage door companies, remodeling contractors, solar installers, lawn care and landscaping, pest control, water damage restoration, mold testing and remediation, pet grooming and boarding, dentists, chiropractors and law firms.

What do you build and advise on beyond marketing?

TruLata is our own software, and the same team builds for you. Custom software: web apps and internal tools built around how your business runs; what TruLata already connects to is on the integrations page. Automation: workflows that move leads, data and follow-up between your tools on a schedule, the way the product's own watches run each morning. AI development and AI agents: applied AI in your own processes, on the product's pattern: scheduled work, judged work to a person.

Consulting decides where the next dollar goes, and the screen shows whether it went there. Fractional CMO is senior marketing leadership, delivered on the managed strategy retainer. Market entry, scaling, opportunity finding, decision making, organizational alignment and risk management each end in a plan with goals, and those goals sit on the Overview with a progress bar and an on-target mark, judged against your numbers.

What runs on a schedule, and what does your team do on top?

Scheduled work runs whether anyone is at a desk: the live pull when you open the page, the ads change watch on your Google Ads change history at 7:05am Eastern, the lead watch at 7:20am Eastern where your forms feed the lead sheet, content researched and drafted on your cadence on Launch, Growth and Command, prospects sourced weekly on Command, and a fallback snapshot baked at 12:01am Central.

Judged work stays with a person. Budget and bid changes in your ads account are made within the limits set for your engagement and land in your account's own change history. Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged. A request from the screen goes to the team and is logged; the engine's writes to your ad accounts and your site go through their APIs and land in each account's own change history.

Our team does the judged work on Command, which adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, or on the managed strategy retainer, scoped with you. Our changes land in your ads account's own change history, which the same 7:05am watch reads and sorts as ours.

Can I see it before I talk to anyone?

Yes. Open the demo at demo.trulata.com. It opens with your name and email. It runs on a fictional company called Meridian, every number in it is illustrative, and it is the same engine code every client dashboard runs. Open the Overview, then the view for the service you are weighing: search, ads, content, outbound or leads.

Where your forms feed the lead sheet, the Leads view counts each submission where it landed, and proving which dollar made the phone ring starts from that record.

The demo's Overview for Meridian, a fictional plumbing, heating and air company: jobs booked, revenue, AI-visibility score and leads across the top, program goals, a funnel, revenue by channel, and a card for every workstream
The Overview in the public demo, for a fictional B2B company. Every number is illustrative example data.

Which tier do I need, and can your team run it for me?

Starter includes the TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. The content engine runs on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are managed on Growth and Command. The outbound engine runs on Command. Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, is scoped per engagement and has no number on this site. Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every tier is month to month at a flat monthly figure,.

Want it run for you? Command is our team running the program; the managed strategy retainer puts strategy and approvals on our side on any tier; both are scoped with you. The managed page covers what our team changes and where you read it, and the pricing page holds the three published tiers.

A phone lead counts where your CRM records it, and where you run a call-tracking platform with an API it is connected during setup. FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I hire TruLata for one service?

Yes. Each service on this page can be engaged on its own; each marketing service reports into its own view on TruLata, and consulting goals sit on the Overview. Starter includes the TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. The content engine runs on Launch, Growth and Command. The outbound engine runs on Command.

Do the services replace TruLata or run on it?

They run on it. Each marketing service reports into the view built for it, read from the source that holds the number, and the header stamp says when the page was pulled. Your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, website leads and email statistics are live; Google Ads and GA4 lag by hours; Search Console runs two to three days behind.

Who does the work?

Our team, in two forms. Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, scoped per engagement. The managed strategy retainer is an add-on on any tier, scoped with you, that puts strategy, optimization and approvals on our side. Every change we make in your ads account lands in its own change history, which the daily watch reads at 7:05am Eastern and sorts as ours.

Does anything send email or spend money on its own?

Budget and bid changes in ad accounts are made within the limits set for your engagement and land in your account's own change history. Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged with the draft, the mailbox and the time. Stripe is read only; a charge or a refund is made in your own Stripe account.

Is TruLata built for my business?

It is built for a service business, whoever runs its marketing; a territory is typical, and a multi-location or national company fits the same way. If you would rather have the work done without the screen, the services on this page are the agency engagement. Find your seat on the use cases page.
