Use cases

Know which search booked the Saturday facial, and which season sold the gift cards.

Built for the day spa where the owner or the spa director carries the marketing between the front desk and the treatment rooms. TruLata reads your Google accounts, your Business Profile reviews, the inquiries from your own site's forms and, where you run on one, your booking platform, then runs the watching and the drafting on a schedule whether anyone is at a desk.

How does a guest choose a day spa?

On a phone, in a few minutes, usually for a reason with a date on it. A birthday on Friday and no gift yet. A Saturday with nothing booked and a sore back from the week. An anniversary, a bridal party, a friend who just had a baby. The search is spas near me, couples massage, facial near me, spa packages, and the guest reads the map pack, the rating, the newest reviews and the photos of the treatment rooms. Then they book, or buy, wherever booking looks easiest. The spa that wins is the one that looked calm, trusted and one tap away in that minute.

The calendar does a lot of the selling. Gift card demand climbs through the holidays and again before Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, and summer brings its own searches for body treatments and weekend packages. Each season is a short window where the right page, the right ad and a full set of recent reviews matter more than in the weeks around it. A spa that plans for those windows in November is ready for December; a spa that notices them in December is catching up.

TruLata is built for that spa, whoever carries the marketing: the owner, the spa director between schedule changes, or a marketer on staff. Search, ads, content and email reporting run whether or not anyone had time this week, every inquiry is counted from your own site, and one screen shows what happened and what it cost. A spa with several locations reads the same screen, and the multi-location page shows how. If your menu leans clinical, with injectables and medical treatments, the med spa page is written for that business instead.

What does the screen read for a day spa?

It reads the accounts you already have. Where your spa runs on a booking platform, the Jobs view reads your bookings live, so the appointments on the books sit beside the marketing that earned them; until that data is trustworthy the view shows a coming-soon card rather than a number. Google Analytics 4 supplies sessions, sources, pages and key events, hours behind intraday, so a click on Book Now and a gift card inquiry can each be a key event of its own. Search Console supplies the queries you appeared for, impressions, clicks, average position and the pages that earned the clicks, two to three days behind. The positions are Search Console's own averages, not a rank tracker.

Your own site's forms are counted as they land. The form handler appends each submission to a lead sheet server-side and emails your front desk, and the Leads view reads that sheet newest first, with the page it came from on the record. That covers the questions that do not fit a booking widget: a bridal party of six, a corporate order of twenty gift cards, a couples package for an anniversary weekend. Set what each one became from the screen, contacted, quoted, won, lost, or not a lead with the reason, and the outcome stays on the row. The leads page shows the view in full.

Google Business Profile supplies reviews, rating and listing performance through a manager invitation you can revoke, because the reviews under your listing are what a gift buyer reads before trusting you with someone else's birthday. Google Ads supplies spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, so a Mother's Day gift card campaign sits on its own row beside the facial campaign. Where you take payment through Stripe, payments and recent charges are read live and read only. Card data is never read.

How do I get ready for Mother's Day before the rush?

Plan the season on the screen you already read. Search Console shows last spring's gift card and spa package queries with the pages that earned the clicks, and Google Ads shows what last year's seasonal campaign spent and what it converted, by campaign. Keyword search volumes come from Google's keyword planner through our Ads access, so the plan for Valentine's Day or the holidays starts from real demand. Where we manage your search campaigns on all tiers, a budget change for the season is made within the limits set for your engagement and lands in your account's own change history.

On Launch, Growth and Command, the content engine researches and drafts the pages a gift buyer reads before buying: what to give someone who has never had a massage, how a facial differs from a peel, what a couples package includes. Each topic passes a demand gate on real search volume and what already occupies the result page, the research cites current sources, the dedupe reads titles already published on your site, and each piece is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive with a featured image. Auto-publish is a per-client setting, so a Mother's Day guide goes out on your cadence or waits for your approval. On Growth and Command, Meta ads run alongside search, where treatment room photos do their work.

Email to past guests is where many spas win the season, and the Email view reads it. Where you send through Mailchimp, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign, it shows your campaigns from the last 90 days, audience size, opens, clicks and unsubscribes, plus Klaviyo flows. It is read only: your campaigns are written, scheduled and sent from your own email platform, and the screen shows how the holiday send and the birthday flow performed beside the bookings that followed.

What runs while the treatment rooms are full?

The watching. Every morning at 7:05 Eastern the ads change watch reads your Google Ads account's change history and its user list, sets our own writes and Google's routine churn aside, and raises a material change made by anyone else to the team the same day, including a recommendation Google applied on its own. The user list is read directly, because a change to who can see the account does not log as a change event. Every day at 7:20 Eastern, where your forms feed the lead sheet, the lead watch checks the inquiries that landed against the conversions Google counted, so a dead tag or a stalled gift card form is flagged the next day rather than after the holidays.

On Command, the outbound engine sources prospects weekly to the target profile set with you, which for a day spa can be the businesses that buy or send guests: companies ordering staff gifts, wedding planners, hotel concierges. It finds a deliverable address or routes to a contact-form path, and prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged. Replies are classified and shown, and not-interested or bounced addresses are suppressed from further sends.

Every night at 12:01am Central a fallback snapshot is baked, and a failed pull leaves the previous page up. When you open the screen it loads that snapshot first and pulls live numbers behind it when the snapshot is older than five minutes. Answering reviews stays with you or your front desk. From the screen you can set a lead outcome and request a website, content, keyword or targeting change, each reaching your team as a logged ticket, and every change made through the screen is written to an audit log.

Which tier does a day spa start on?

Start on Starter and read the screen before the next season. Starter includes TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets, and it is 7 days free, no card. Google Ads search is managed on all tiers. The content engine is on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are on Growth and Command. The outbound engine is on Command. Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, scoped per engagement.

Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command, so the owner and the spa director each sign in with their own. Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and committing annually takes twenty percent off the monthly. The pricing page carries the same figures, and the demo runs the same engine code on a fictional company called Meridian, with every number illustrative.

Can TruLata run it for my spa?

Yes. A managed strategy retainer sits on top of any tier, with strategy, optimization and approvals on our side, scoped with you. The managed page says what it covers, and every change our team makes lands in your account's own change history, which the 7:05 Eastern watch reads and sorts as ours.

We ran a marketing agency, then turned the work into software, and the agency side is still here: local services marketing, search work and paid search with the same daily account watch. You stay with the guests and the treatment rooms, and we stay on the marketing.

Setup is short on your side. You grant manager access on Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and your Business Profile, and our team connects your booking platform, Stripe and your forms with the access you grant. We never ask for your account password. Every connection is a grant or a key you create and can revoke, and what we store is encrypted.

What counts as a lead

A lead is a submission from your own site's forms, written to the sheet server-side as it lands, with the outcome you set beside it. Bookings are read from your booking platform where you run on one. A phone inquiry counts where CallRail or your booking platform records it, and card data is never read.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does it read my booking platform?

Where your spa runs on a booking platform, the Jobs view reads your bookings live, connected by our team during setup with the access you grant. Until that data is trustworthy the view shows a coming-soon card rather than a number.

Can it count gift card inquiries?

Yes, when they come through your own site's forms. Each submission is appended to the lead sheet server-side and emailed to your front desk, and you set what it became on the screen. In Google Analytics 4 a gift card inquiry can be its own key event.

Does it send my email campaigns?

The Email view is read only. Where you send through Mailchimp, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign, it shows the last 90 days of campaigns, audience size, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and Klaviyo flows. Writing, scheduling and sending stay in your email platform.

Can it answer my Google reviews?

The Business Profile connection reads reviews, rating and listing performance onto the screen through the manager access you grant. Replying to a review stays with you or your front desk today, and a listing request from the screen reaches your team as a logged ticket.

Is this different from the med spa page?

Yes. This page is written for the day spa selling facials, massage, body treatments, packages and gift cards. The screen runs on the same engine code either way, and the sources it reads are the ones your spa connects.

What does it cost?

Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Starter is 7 days free, no card, and every tier is month to month with nothing metered.
