Know which leads your territory earned, and which dollar earned them.
Built for the franchise owner who runs one territory or several under a national brand, whoever carries the marketing. TruLata reads your Google accounts, your location's Business Profile reviews and the leads from your own forms, puts your own local spend on its own rows, runs the watching on a schedule whether anyone is at a desk, and shows what each lead became.

Where does a franchise location win or lose the local job?
In the map pack, on one phone, in one town. A homeowner types the service and the town name: furnace repair, drain cleaning, carpet cleaning, lawn treatment, interior painting. The results show the brand's national page, your location's listing, and three independents who live down the road. The homeowner reads the stars, a few recent reviews and the replies under them, then calls or fills in a form. A national name helps them recognize you. The listing, the reviews and the response time in your territory decide whether they pick you.
That is the odd position a franchisee sits in. The brand runs the national site and often the ad fund, and you pay into both. You also carry the local work yourself: your location's listing, your location's reviews, the local ads you buy on top of the fund, the page or form that carries your territory. Brand standards set what you can change and what you cannot. So a month ends with leads in your inbox and one question that stays open: which of these came from the brand, which from your own spend, and which from your listing.
TruLata is built to answer that for your territory. Search, ads and content run on a schedule whether or not anyone had time this week, every lead from your own forms is counted with its source and its outcome beside it, and one screen shows what happened and what it cost. The marketing may sit with the owner between crews, with a location manager who also runs the schedule, or with a marketer on staff; each reads the same screen. An owner with several territories reads it location by location, and the multi-location page covers that owner in full.

What does the screen read for a franchise location?
The accounts your location already has. Google Analytics 4 gives sessions, sources, pages and key events, hours behind during the day, where your location has a property you can grant access to. Search Console gives the queries you appeared for, impressions, clicks, average position and top pages, two to three days behind; for a franchisee those queries are the service and the town inside your territory. The positions are Search Console's own averages, not a rank tracker. Google Ads gives spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, so the local campaigns you pay for yourself sit on their own rows. The brand fund's campaigns are the brand's to report, and your own spend is read from the account you control.
Your location's Business Profile listing gives reviews, rating and listing performance, through a manager invitation on the listing, which whoever holds the listing adds and can revoke. For many franchisees that listing is the most local thing the brand lets them own, and the reviews on it are what the homeowner reads before calling. Where your location's forms feed a lead sheet, the form handler appends each submission server-side as it lands and emails your team, and the Leads view reads that sheet newest first, with the page each lead came from on the record. Mark what each lead became: contacted, quoted, won, lost, or not a lead with the reason.
Where you run on a CRM or booking platform, the Jobs view reads your jobs and job pipeline live, and shows a coming-soon card until that data is trustworthy. TruLata connects to sources with an API, and a connector not built yet is built during setup; what the brand runs on its side stays with the brand unless it grants access. Calls count as leads where your CRM records them, and CallRail connects with a key you paste on the Integrations view. Your inbox and calendar stay outside the screen today and connect during setup where your engagement calls for them. Card data is never read.

How does it work inside brand standards?
It reads first and changes only what you are allowed to change. Most of the screen is reading: your leads, your listing, your queries, your spend. None of that touches the brand's logo, its offers or its national pages. Where your franchise agreement lets you run local ads, publish local content or edit the listing, the engine can do that work through each platform's API, and every write lands in that account's own change history, so you can show the brand exactly what changed and when.
Requests carry the rules with them. From the screen you can set a lead outcome, request a website change, and request a content, keyword, category or targeting change. Each request reaches our team as a logged ticket, and every change a person makes through the screen is written to an audit log with the address, the request and the result. When brand standards say an ad headline needs approval, or a blog post has to match a style guide, set content auto-publish off and approval on the Creative view where we run paid social, and a piece waits as a draft until someone signs off.
The split you get is the one you have been asking for. The brand fund builds recognition across the country. Your own spend and your own listing work your territory. The screen puts the leads from your own forms beside the campaigns you pay for and the listing you manage, so the conversation at the next franchisee meeting starts from a record rather than a guess. The attribution use case follows one lead from its source to its outcome.

What runs while you are out with the crews?
The watching. Every morning at 7:05 Eastern the ads change watch reads your Google Ads account's change history and its user list, sets our own writes and Google's routine churn aside, and raises a material change made by anyone else to the team the same day, including a recommendation Google applied on its own. The user list is read directly, because a change to who can see the account does not log as a change event. Where we manage your local search campaigns on all tiers, budget and bid changes move within the limits set for your engagement, so shifting spend into the towns where your crews have open days is a decision with a record behind it.
Every day at 7:20 Eastern, where your forms feed the lead sheet, the lead watch runs five checks across the sheet, GA4 and Ads. The leads that landed are checked against the conversions Google counted, so a dead tag, a blind ad account or a stalled form is flagged the next day rather than at the end of the quarter. On Launch, Growth and Command the content engine researches and drafts on your cadence, the local pieces a homeowner reads before booking; each topic passes a demand gate on real search volume, the dedupe reads the titles already on your site, and each piece is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive with a featured image. On Growth and Command Meta ads are managed alongside search.
On Command the outbound engine sources prospects weekly to the target profile set with you, which for a service franchise is often property managers, facility managers and builders in your territory. Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged with the draft, the mailbox and the time. Replies are classified and shown, and not-interested or bounced addresses are suppressed. Every night at 12:01am Central a fallback snapshot is baked, and a failed pull leaves the previous page up. Answering your reviews stays with you or your office today, in the voice the brand expects.

Can I see it before I sign anything?
Yes. The demo is the same engine code every client runs, on a fictional company called Meridian, with every number illustrative. It opens with your name and email. Open the Leads view, then the ads view for spend by campaign, then the search view for queries beside positions. That is what your location sees at its own address on our domain, behind a single-use sign-in link, with your accounts behind it.
Then picture it on your territory. The brand is known, the map pack is crowded, and whoever runs the marketing does it between estimates, crews and payroll. Seats are removed within 30 seconds when a location manager moves on, and every sign-in step is logged. Over the months, the screen builds a running record of what your territory's marketing produced and what it cost, which is the kind of record a buyer asks about when a location changes hands.
Ranking is not earning. The screen puts the leads your own forms took beside the queries and positions that earned them, and a position there is Search Console's average for that query, never a rank tracker's guess. A town you show up in that sends no leads reads as exactly that, and the next dollar can move to the town that does. If you would rather have the work done without running a screen, the service side of TruLata is the other door.

Ranking is not earning.
Which tier does a franchise location start on?
Start on Starter, which is 7 days free, no card. Starter includes TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. Google Ads search, for the local campaigns you fund yourself, is managed on all tiers. The content engine is on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are on Growth and Command. The outbound engine is on Command. Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, scoped per engagement.
Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command, so the owner and a location manager each sign in with their own. Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and committing annually takes twenty percent off the monthly. The pricing page carries the same figures, and the managed page covers the strategy retainer that sits on top of any tier, with search work and paid search as services beside it.

A lead on this screen is a submission from your own location's forms, written to the sheet server-side as it lands, with its source and the outcome you set beside it. A call counts where your CRM records it or through CallRail. What the brand runs on its own systems stays with the brand unless it grants access.
Questions, answered.
Does it connect to my franchisor's systems?
TruLata connects to sources with an API, and a connector not built yet is built during setup. Whether a brand system can be read depends on what the brand grants access to. The sources on this page are your own: your Google accounts, your location's listing, your forms and your CRM where you run on one.
Can it tell brand fund leads from my own local ads?
It reads your own Google Ads account by campaign, so the campaigns you pay for sit on their own rows, and each lead from your forms carries the page it came from. Brand fund campaigns are reported by the brand unless it grants access to that account.
What if the brand controls my Business Profile listing?
Whoever holds the listing adds our Google account as a manager, and can revoke it. Once that is in place the screen reads your location's reviews, rating and listing performance, and listing updates go through the same role within what the brand allows.
Will it change anything the brand has not approved?
Content auto-publish is a per-client setting, so a piece can wait as a draft until someone approves it. Ad budget and bid changes move within the limits set for your engagement, and every write lands in the account's own change history, which the 7:05 Eastern watch reads every morning.
I own three territories. Is that one account?
You read each location on the same screen, from whichever sources are connected for it. <a href="/multi-location-businesses">The multi-location page</a> covers the owner with several territories, and seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command.
What do I have to set up?
Access on your Google Analytics property, your Search Console site, your Ads account and your location's listing, each revocable in your own console. We never ask for your account password. Every connection is a grant or a key you create and can revoke, and what we store is encrypted.
