AI marketing software that reads your accounts and runs the routine, so you keep the decisions and drop the reports.
TruLata is an AI marketing platform for a service business with no marketing department. Our team connects your accounts once. The page pulls live numbers when you open it, the engines run on a schedule whether anyone is at a desk, and a person makes every budget and bid change.
What does AI marketing software actually do?
AI marketing software reads the accounts your marketing already runs on, runs the routine work on a schedule and keeps a person at the steps that need judgement. That is the whole definition. Measure anything sold under the name against those three parts: what it reads, what it runs, and where it stops.
It reads. Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, your Business Profile, your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, your email campaign platform and your website forms each hold a number you would otherwise ask someone for. The software reads them with access you grant and puts them on one screen with the time they were pulled.
It runs. Sourcing prospects, researching and drafting content, reading an ad account's change history every morning, comparing your lead sheet with what the ad platform counted: this work is routine and it repeats, so it runs on a schedule whether anyone is at a desk.
It stops. A budget or bid change in an ad account is made by a person, never by a scheduled job, and a named account is always reviewed by a person before an opener leaves. Software that changes a budget on its own is not saving you time. It is spending your money without a signature.
What should I look for before I subscribe?
Live data with a stated freshness. Ask when each number was last pulled and how far behind its source runs. A page that cannot answer is a report with a nicer font. On the TruLata Marketing Command Center a stamp beside the page title gives the time of the last pull, and the ceiling is per source: your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, website leads and email statistics are live; Google Ads and GA4 lag by hours; Search Console runs two to three days behind.
A lead ledger you own. Count a lead from your own form, written to a record on the server as it lands, never from an ad platform's estimate. On one instance a tag change silently stopped every conversion for six weeks. Twenty-one real leads landed while Ads reported zero, and the owner paused the campaign that carried every counted lead and cut its budget 90 percent. The sheet the forms wrote to was the number that stayed right.
Review-first sending. Ask where an outbound email sits before it leaves and whether every send is logged. Here, prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged. Replies are classified and shown, and not-interested or bounced addresses are suppressed from further sends.
One screen, and a short list of what writes from it. Every data view on the Command Center names its source and its window. What writes from the screen is short, and none of it touches your accounts: a lead outcome writes to the lead record; a website change request and a content, keyword, category or targeting request go to your team, logged. None of them write to your Ads account, your CRM, your site or your Business Profile directly.
What does the TruLata Marketing Command Center read, and where do I see it?
Ten accounts, read into the views below, each view naming its source. Open the Overview and read the headline numbers set up for your business, each card naming its window, with the pipeline funnel under them; click a card and a detail panel opens for that number.
Leads reads the sheet your own forms append to, newest first. Search visibility shows the queries Google showed you for, the clicks each earned and your average position, all from Search Console, so a position is Search Console's average for that query, not a daily ranking check. AI visibility asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok the questions your buyers type, each through its own API, and reports which answers named you. A blank answer is a measurement error and leaves the denominator, never a miss.
Google Ads shows spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign. Revenue reads Stripe live, read only; nothing here creates a charge or a refund. Jobs reads your CRM or booking platform where the business runs on it, and appears only once that is connected. Email reads your campaign statistics live where you send through ActiveCampaign. Analytics reads GA4 sessions, sources, pages and key events, hours behind intraday. Social reads page metrics where Meta is connected, on Meta's schedule.
Every Google connection is a manager invitation you send from your own console and can revoke there on the day you choose. We hold no client passwords. Our team connects your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, ActiveCampaign and your forms from the inside with access you grant during setup; there is no wizard. The integrations page lists each account, what it reads and how fresh it is.
What runs on a schedule, and what waits for a person?
Sourcing and content run on their own. Every week, on Command, the outbound engine sources prospects to your target profile and finds a deliverable address for each, or routes the prospect to a contact-form path. On Launch, Growth and Command, the content engine moves each piece from queued to researching to writing to draft, then to posted or rejected. A topic passes a demand gate on real search volume and on who already holds the live top ten before a word is written. Each piece cites current sources, is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive and carries a generated featured image.
Two watches run every morning. At 7:05am Eastern the ads change watch reads the change history and the user list of every Ads account mapped to a client, separates our own writes and Google's routine churn from material changes by anyone else, and raises those to the team. In one 29-day window across the mapped accounts: 337 change events, 291 our own writes, 21 material. At 7:20am Eastern, on an instance whose forms feed the sheet, a lead watch runs five named checks against Ads and GA4: loader, blind, ads blind, stalled and silent.
The page itself runs on a schedule too. At 12:01am Central a fallback snapshot bakes for every client from one registry, and a failed pull or a failed syntax check leaves the previous page up, so the worst case is yesterday's numbers, never a blank page. The answer-engine score is measured at baseline during setup and re-run as the program moves. Google AI Overviews are measured through the search view, not the answer-engine view.
Judged work waits for a person. Budget and bid changes in ad accounts are made by a person, never by a scheduled job. Named accounts are always reviewed by a person. Whether a content piece publishes on its own or waits for approval is a setting you choose. A request you send from the screen is logged and reaches your team, and a person makes the change.
Who is this AI marketing platform built for?
A high-ticket local service business. Three things have to hold: you serve a geographic area; one new customer is worth $3,000 or more; and nobody on staff has marketing as their job. Those three describe the business the product was built around, and the pages under use cases and industries walk through the ones we see most.
It fits the owner who is the marketing department: one screen instead of a stack of logins, and a stamp that says how old what you are reading is. It fits the business that pays for ads and has never read its own account: the change watch reads your change history and your user list every morning, and it reads the user list directly because Google logs no change event when someone is granted access. It fits the business whose forms produce leads the ad platform does not count: the Leads view reads your own sheet, and the lead watch compares it with Ads and GA4.
TruLata also sells marketing, software and consulting services. Subscribe to the software on a published tier, or hand the work to our team, and the screen, the stamp and the write paths are the same either way. The managed page covers the hand-off.
What does it cost, and how do I see it first?
Three tiers carry a published number; the fourth, Command, is scoped per engagement and carries no number on this site. Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Every published tier is month to month with nothing metered, and an annual commitment takes 20 to 25 percent off the monthly. Setup takes two to four weeks and is not billed.
Starter includes the Command Center, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. The content engine runs on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are managed on Growth and Command. The outbound engine runs on Command. Command adds the outbound engine, ad creatives and your full marketing team, always on. A managed strategy add-on is available on any tier and is scoped with you. The pricing page carries the same figures.
See it before you pay for any of it. demo.trulata.com has no form in front of it, runs on a fictional company with every number illustrative, and is the same engine code every client runs. Then read the setup page for what happens in each of the four weeks: access in week one; the first pull, baselines, keyword set and ads watch in week two; the content cadence, ads reports and email flows in weeks three and four.
What to look for, and what ours does.
| Look for | On the TruLata Marketing Command Center | How fresh |
|---|---|---|
| Live data with a stated freshness | A stamp beside the page title gives the time of the last pull; Refresh pulls every source again and never shows an error | Live on open; a snapshot older than 5 minutes is pulled behind the request |
| A lead ledger you own | Your form handler appends each submission to a lead sheet on the server and emails your team; the Leads view reads it newest first | Live; the Leads view reads the sheet each time you open it |
| Review-first sending | Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged | Sourcing weekly; every send logged with the draft, the mailbox and the time |
| Someone reading the ad account | The ads change watch reads the change history and the user list of every mapped account and raises material changes to the team | Daily, 7:05am Eastern |
| Content aimed at a real search | A demand gate on real search volume and the live top ten; each piece cites current sources and is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive | On your cadence; approval optional |
| A person at the judged steps | Budget and bid changes made by a person, never by a scheduled job; named accounts reviewed by a person | Every time |
| One screen, a short list of writes | A lead outcome writes to the lead record; website, content, keyword, category and targeting requests go to your team, logged; none write to Ads, your CRM, your site or your Business Profile | Logged as sent |
Every page carries the time its numbers were last pulled, and the ceiling is per source: your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, website leads and email statistics are live, Google Ads and GA4 lag by hours, and Search Console runs two to three days behind. A phone lead counts only when your CRM records it.
Questions, answered.
What is AI marketing software?
Software that reads the accounts your marketing runs on, runs the routine work on a schedule and keeps a person at the judged steps. On the TruLata Marketing Command Center that means ten accounts read with access you grant, engines that source prospects weekly, draft content on your cadence and read your ad account every morning, and a person on every budget and bid change.
Is TruLata an AI marketing platform or an agency?
Both are available. The Command Center is software you subscribe to on a published tier, month to month. TruLata also sells marketing, software and consulting services, and Command adds the outbound engine, ad creatives and your full marketing team, always on, scoped per engagement. What our team changes lands in your own accounts, and the same screen shows it.
Does anything spend money or send email on its own?
Budget and bid changes in ad accounts are made by a person, never by a scheduled job. Stripe is read only; nothing here creates a charge or a refund. Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged.
How fresh are the numbers?
Per source, and the page says so. Your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, website leads and email statistics are live. Google Ads and GA4 lag by hours. Search Console runs two to three days behind. A stamp beside the page title gives the time of the last pull, and when you open the page a snapshot older than five minutes is pulled again behind the request.
Do I have to connect anything myself?
Only the Google invitations. You send manager invitations from your own Google consoles for Analytics, Search Console, Ads and Business Profile, and our team connects your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, your email campaign platform and your website forms from the inside with access you grant during setup. There is no wizard, and we hold no passwords.
