Use cases

See which location the lead came from, without a login per branch.

Built for a service business with several shops, offices, clinics or branches under one company, whether the owner runs the marketing or a marketing lead carries it for every location. TruLata reads each connected Business Profile listing, counts every form lead from your own site with the page it came from, shows your Google Ads spend by campaign, and runs the watching on a schedule whether anyone is at a desk.

Illustration: several location pins on a glossy city grid, linked by thin glowing lines to one floating screen card.

Why does each location win or lose on its own search?

Because the buyer searches for the branch near them, not the company. Someone looking for service types the service and the town, or taps near me, and Google answers with a map pack built from individual listings. Your north side office and your south side office each show up on their own card, with their own rating, their own review count and their own hours. The buyer reads one card and calls the location that looks trusted in that minute. The company name on the sign matters less than the listing in front of them.

That makes one company into several local contests. A location with a strong run of recent reviews can take calls a newer branch misses, even on the same street as its competitors. A branch with a thin listing can sit below a single-location shop that answers every review. The owner or the marketing lead feels this as a question that comes up every Monday: which location is pulling its weight, which one needs attention, and where did last week's leads actually come from.

The answer usually lives in too many places. Each listing sits in its own corner of Google, each campaign has its own numbers, and the form submissions land in an inbox where the location is buried in the message. TruLata puts those reads on one screen: every connected listing, every form lead with the page it came from, and every Google Ads campaign on its own row. If your locations are franchised rather than company owned, the franchises page is written for that owner.

What does the screen read across my locations?

It reads each listing where you connect it. For every Business Profile listing where you add our Google account as a manager, the screen reads reviews, rating and listing performance, and listing updates go through that same role. A location manager does not need to hand over a login: the manager invitation is a grant on the listing, and you can revoke it in your own console. The Business Profile page shows what the connection reads.

It counts leads from your own forms, with the page they came from. Your site's form handler appends each submission to a lead sheet server-side as it lands and emails your team, and the Leads view reads that sheet newest first. The page each submission came from is on the record, so a request from the downtown location page reads apart from one sent from the airport branch page. Set what each lead became from the screen: contacted, quoted, won, lost, or not a lead with the reason. The leads page shows the view in full.

It reads your ads and search by campaign and by page. Google Ads supplies spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, so a campaign built for one location's service area sits on its own row beside the others. Search Console supplies the queries you appeared for, impressions, clicks, average position and the top pages, two to three days behind, and those positions are Search Console's averages, not a rank tracker. Google Analytics 4 supplies sessions, sources, pages and key events, hours behind intraday. Where the business runs on a CRM or booking platform, the Jobs view reads your jobs and job pipeline live, and shows a coming-soon card until that data is trustworthy.

How should I set up my locations so the screen reads them apart?

Give each location its own page, its own campaign and its own listing. The screen reads what your accounts already separate. A location page on your site means every form sent from it carries that page on the lead record. A campaign named for a location's service area means its spend and conversions read on their own row. A listing for each branch means each set of reviews and each rating reads on its own. Our team works through this with you during setup, because the structure in your accounts is what the screen shows.

Keep the key events consistent across locations. In Google Analytics 4 a form submission can be a key event, and the same event on every location page lets you compare the pages that bring requests against the pages that only bring visits. In Search Console the top pages list shows which location pages earn clicks for which queries. A location page that ranks for its town and earns no click reads as exactly that, which is the kind of finding a marketing lead can act on the same week.

Connect the rest where the company runs on it. Your CRM or booking platform, your email platform and Stripe are connected by our team during setup with the access you grant. CallRail connects with an API key you paste on Integrations, and its calls count as leads; another call-tracking platform with an API connects during setup. Your inbox and calendar stay outside the screen today and connect during setup where your engagement calls for them. Card data is never read, and we never ask for your account password.

What runs while I am driving between locations?

The watching. Every morning at 7:05 Eastern the ads change watch reads your Google Ads account's change history and its user list, sets our own writes and Google's routine churn aside, and raises a material change made by anyone else to the team the same day. With several location managers near an ads account, that matters: a setting switched on under one of their logins, or a new address given access, reaches the team the next morning. The user list is read directly, because a change to who can see the account does not log as a change event. Google Ads search is managed on all tiers.

Every day at 7:20 Eastern, where your forms feed the lead sheet, the lead watch checks the leads that landed against the conversions Google counted, so a dead tag on one location page, a blind ad account or a stalled form is flagged the next day rather than at the end of the quarter. On Launch, Growth and Command the content engine researches and drafts on your cadence; each topic passes a demand gate on real search volume, the dedupe reads the titles already on your site, and each piece is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive with a featured image. On Growth and Command Meta ads are managed alongside search. On Command prospects are sourced weekly to the target profile set with you, and prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged.

Some of it stays with a person. A budget or bid change is made within the limits set for your engagement and lands in the account's own change history. Answering a review stays with you or the location's manager. From the screen you can set a lead outcome and request a website, content, keyword, category or targeting change, and each request reaches the team as a logged ticket. Every change a person makes through the screen is written to an audit log with the address, the request and the result. Every night at 12:01am Central a fallback snapshot is baked, and a failed pull leaves the previous page up.

What does the owner's weekly look cover?

One sign-in and one pass through the views. Open the Leads view and read last week's form requests newest first, with the page each came from, so the location pages that brought requests stand out from the ones that did not. Open the ads view and read spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign. Open the search view and read the queries and top pages, then the review and rating reads from each connected listing. The whole look fits between a morning call and the first site visit.

Give each location manager a seat of their own. Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command, and sign-in is a single-use magic link sent to that person's email. When a manager leaves, remove the seat and it is revoked within 30 seconds. Every sign-in step is logged, so the owner can see who has been reading the screen. The demo shows every view on a fictional company called Meridian, with illustrative numbers and the same engine code every client runs.

Read ranking and earning side by side. A location can climb for its town and still bring no requests, and another can hold a middling position and fill its calendar. The screen puts the leads your own forms took beside the queries and positions, so the difference is on the page rather than in a vendor's summary. The attribution use case follows one lead from its source to what it became.

Which tier does a multi-location business start on?

Start on Starter and see your locations on one screen. Starter includes TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets, and it is 7 days free, no card. Google Ads search is managed on all tiers. The content engine, for location pages and articles, runs on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are on Growth and Command. The outbound engine is on Command. Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on, scoped per engagement.

Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and committing annually takes twenty percent off the monthly. A managed strategy retainer sits on top of any tier, with strategy, optimization and approvals on our side; the managed page covers it, and local services marketing, search and paid search are the agency side for the same buyer. The pricing page carries the same figures.

How the locations read apart

The screen reads what your accounts separate: a lead carries the page it was sent from, a campaign carries its own spend and conversions, and a connected listing carries its own reviews and rating. Give each location its own page, campaign and listing, and each one reads on its own row.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I see every location's Google reviews without logging into each listing?

Yes, for each listing where you add our Google account as a manager. The screen reads reviews, rating and listing performance for every connected listing, and listing updates go through the same manager role. Each invitation is revocable in your own console.

How do I know which location a form lead belongs to?

By the page it came from. The page each submission was sent from is on the lead record, so a site with a page per location shows which location page brought each request. Set what the lead became from the screen and the outcome stays on the row.

Can I compare Google Ads spend by location?

By campaign. Google Ads spend, conversions and cost per conversion read by campaign, so a campaign built for one location's service area reads on its own row. Our team helps structure campaigns that way during setup where we manage the account on all tiers.

Can my location managers have their own sign-in?

Yes. Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Each seat signs in with a single-use magic link, every sign-in step is logged, and a removed seat is revoked within 30 seconds.

Do you count the phone calls each location gets?

CallRail connects with an API key you paste on Integrations, and its calls count as leads; another call-tracking platform with an API connects during setup, and a call your CRM records as a lead counts too. Call recordings are not played or stored on the screen.

What if my locations are franchised?

The screen reads the same sources, and <a href="/franchises">the franchises page</a> is written for the franchise owner. This page is for the company that owns and runs its own locations.
