Built for a hospice that serves families across a territory, whoever runs the marketing. TruLata reads your Google accounts, your Business Profile reviews and the inquiries and referral requests from your own site's forms, runs the watching and the drafting on a schedule whether anyone is in the office, and keeps what each one became on its own row.

Is this built for a hospice?

Yes. It is built for a hospice that serves families in their homes and in the communities around it across a territory, and a provider with several offices fits the same way, office by office. The marketing may sit with the executive director beside everything else the role carries, with community liaisons who visit physician offices and hospitals, with an intake coordinator who also answers the phone, or with a marketer on staff; each of them gets the same screen. Search, ads, content and the counting run on a schedule whether or not anyone had time this week, every inquiry is counted from your own site, and one screen shows what happened and what it cost.

Families come to a hospice by two paths, and both deserve care in how they are met. A referral starts with a physician, a hospital case manager, or the staff of an assisted living or skilled nursing community who knows your team. A family inquiry starts at home: a daughter who has just had a conversation with her mother's doctor, a husband who wants to understand what help is available before anything is decided. They search quietly, read what hospice care at home includes, read the reviews on your Business Profile, and ask a question when they are ready.

The referral path runs on relationships. Liaisons spend their days with the physician offices, hospitals and communities that refer, so the relationships that bring referrals are marketing as much as any ad. The screen keeps both paths readable. Where your site has a referral form and a family inquiry form, each submission lands on its own row with the page it came from, your intake team sees it the day it arrives, and you mark what each one became when the conversation has run its course.

What does the screen read for a hospice?

It reads the sources you already have. Your website's forms feed a sheet: the form handler appends each submission server-side as it arrives and emails your intake team, and the Leads view reads that sheet newest first, with the time, the name, the contact, whether it is a referral or a family inquiry, the area and the full message on each row. You mark what each inquiry became, and the mark stays on the row. Google Analytics 4 gives sessions, where they came from, which pages were read and the key events you count, hours behind during the day, so you can see whether families read the page on what hospice care at home includes before they reach out.

Search Console gives the queries you appeared for, impressions, clicks and average position, two to three days behind. For a hospice those queries are the kind of care and the area, hospice care near me, hospice at home, what hospice includes; the positions are Search Console's own averages, not a rank tracker. Google Ads gives spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, and a watch reads the account's change history every morning at 7:05 Eastern. Google Business Profile gives reviews, rating and listing performance through a manager invitation you can revoke, and the reviews card sits on the search view, because a family reads what other families wrote before they call.

Where your hospice runs on a CRM for referral relationships, the Jobs view reads its pipeline live, and shows a coming-soon card rather than a number until the data is trustworthy. Your intake and clinical software stays in your own systems today; a source with an API can be connected during setup. Your inbox and calendar stay outside the screen today and connect during setup where your engagement calls for them. A referral that arrives by phone or fax counts where your CRM records it, and a call-tracking platform with an API is connected during setup where you run one. Card data is never read. The page loads last night's snapshot the moment you open it, pulls live numbers behind it when that snapshot is older than five minutes, and stamps the header with how old the data is.

What runs while your team is with families, and what waits for a person?

Your Google Ads account is watched every morning. At 7:05 Eastern the ads change watch reads your account's change history and its user list, sets our own writes and routine noise aside, and raises a material change made by anyone else the same morning, including a recommendation Google applied on its own. A setting switched on under an office login, or a new address given access to the account, reaches the team the next morning rather than at the end of the month. Where we manage your search campaigns on all tiers, a budget or bid change is made within the limits set for your engagement and lands in your account's own change history, so every choice about where your budget goes has a record behind it.

On Command, the outbound engine sources prospects weekly to the target profile set with you, which for a hospice is the professionals who refer: physician practices, hospital case management teams, assisted living and skilled nursing communities, and home care agencies. It finds a deliverable address or routes the prospect to a contact-form path and drafts into a review-first queue; a person releases the emails, or the queue releases them on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged with the draft, the mailbox and the time. Replies are classified and shown, and not-interested or bounced addresses are suppressed from further sends. It works beside your liaisons' visits.

On Launch, Growth and Command, the content engine researches and drafts, on your cadence, the articles a family reads while they are still learning: what hospice care at home includes, how to begin the conversation as a family, what to ask a hospice provider. Each topic passes a demand gate on real search volume and what already occupies the result page, the research cites current sources, the dedupe reads the titles already published on your site, and each piece is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive with a featured image. Auto-publish is a per-client setting and approval is optional, so a piece can wait as a draft until your team has read every sentence. On Growth and Command, Meta ads are managed alongside search where you run them.

Every day at 7:20 Eastern, on an instance whose forms feed the sheet, a watch runs five checks across the sheet, GA4 and Ads, so a dead tag, a blind ad account or a form that stopped submitting is flagged the next day rather than at the end of the quarter. Every night at 12:01 Central a fallback snapshot is baked, and a failed pull leaves the previous page up. What stays with a person is the judgement: the limits on spend, and anything that answers a family. From the screen you can mark what an inquiry became and request a website, content, keyword or targeting change, and every change made through the screen is written to an audit log with the address, the request and the result.

Can I see it before anyone contacts us?

Yes. The demo is the same engine code every client runs, pointed at a fictional company called Meridian so it can be public, and every number in it is invented. Open the Leads view, the Google Ads view and the search view and you are looking at the screen a hospice gets, with your sources in place of Meridian's.

Then read it against your own hospice. Physicians, hospitals and communities refer families to you, families reach out on their own, and someone carries the marketing beside the visits, the intake calls and the liaison rounds. That is the provider this page is written for, one office or several; the multi-location page shows how each office stays readable on its own. If you want the work done as a service rather than run as a system, the services side is the other door.

Read the search view the way it is built. Ranking is not earning, so the view puts the inquiries your own forms took beside the queries and positions that earned them, and a position there is Search Console's average for that query, not a rank tracker's guess. A page that climbed for a search and a page a family read before they reached out are told apart on the same screen.

Which tier fits a hospice?

Starter includes the TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. The content engine is on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are on Growth and Command. The outbound engine, which sources the physician practices, hospitals and communities your liaisons call on, is on Command. Command adds the outbound engine, ad creatives and your full marketing team, always on, is scoped per engagement and carries no number on this site.

Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command, so the director, the intake coordinator and each liaison can sign in with their own. Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and an annual commitment takes twenty to twenty-five percent off the monthly. The pricing page carries the same figures.

Can your team run it for our hospice?

Yes. Command adds the outbound engine, ad creatives and your full marketing team, always on, scoped per engagement, and the managed strategy retainer sits on top of any tier with strategy, optimization and the approvals on our side, scoped with you. Every change we make lands in your account's own change history, which the same 7:05 Eastern watch reads and sorts as ours. The managed page covers both.

TruLata is also a marketing services firm, and the software sits beside that work. If you want the work done as a service rather than run as a system, local services marketing is the hub, with search and paid search underneath it. Either way your team stays with families, and we stay on the marketing.

The inquiries and referral requests from your forms are live on the screen, Google Ads runs hours behind during the day, and Search Console runs two to three days behind. Your intake and clinical software stays in your own systems today, card data is never read, and a referral by phone or fax counts where your CRM records it. Every inquiry on the screen traces to your forms or your CRM.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I tell a physician referral from a family inquiry?

Yes. Where your site has a referral form and a family inquiry form, or one form that asks who is reaching out, each submission lands on its own row with the page it came from and the answer written to the sheet. The mark you set on each row stays with it, so you can read the two paths apart.

Do referrals by phone or fax count?

A referral that arrives by phone or fax counts where your CRM records it, and a call-tracking platform with an API is connected during setup where you run one. The inquiries the screen counts from your site are submissions from your own forms, written to a sheet server-side as they arrive and read newest first.

Does it read our intake or clinical software?

Your intake and clinical software stays in your own systems today; a source with an API can be connected during setup, scoped with you. The sources on this page are your Google accounts, your Business Profile, your website forms and your CRM where the hospice runs on one. Card data is never read.

Can we read every article before it goes live?

Yes. Auto-publish is a per-client setting and approval is optional, so with auto-publish off each piece waits as a draft, filed as a Google Doc in your Drive, until someone on your team approves it. The research step cites current sources, and each topic passes a demand gate on real search volume first.

Can each of our offices be read on its own?

Yes. Each Business Profile listing gets its own row in the connection map and is read one listing at a time, so one office's reviews and rating stay its own. Where each office runs its own campaigns, its spend and cost per conversion sit on their own campaign row, and the area on each row says which office the inquiry was for.

What does it cost for a hospice?

Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and a managed strategy retainer sits on top of any tier, scoped with you rather than priced on this site; <a href="/product/managed">the managed page</a> says what our team takes on.
