See your reviews and the calls your listing earned, beside your search positions.
Your Google listing is the first thing a local buyer reads about you. The Command Center puts its rating, its review count and Google's own count of calls from the listing on the same view as your queries and positions, connected by a manager invitation you grant and can revoke in your own console.
What do I see from my Business Profile?
Two things. Your rating and your review count, read from your public Google listing and shown on the search view with a link to the listing on Google. And, where your listing is mapped and the dashboard is configured for it, the calls placed from the listing itself on the overview: Google's own count of taps on the call button, as a 28-day figure against the prior 28 days.
The calls figure comes from the Business Profile Performance API for the location mapped to your business. Nothing is typed in by hand and nothing is estimated. If the review card cannot reach your listing, it shows the last reading it took, or says it could not load when there is none. If the calls figure is unavailable, the row is left out.
Where do I see my reviews?
On the search view, beside your keyword positions and the queries Search Console says you appeared for. The card shows the rating, the stars, the review count and a button that opens your listing on Google. It reads your public Google listing and refreshes automatically; nothing is copied in once at setup. A review is what a homeowner reads before deciding whether to call, so it sits on the same page as your positions and your queries. The three move together, so you read them together.
The search view carries the Search Console side of the same story: what people typed, how often you appeared, and how many clicked.

How do I connect it?
Add our Google account as a manager on the listing, from your own Business Profile console. That is the whole step on your side, and it happens in week one of setup. We never ask for your password. There is no wizard and no sign-in screen to click through. Once the invitation is accepted, your listing appears in the locations our account manages. Our team picks it, maps it to your business, and points the listing performance pull at it. The rating and review count read from your public listing and do not depend on the invitation.
The role is manager, and it stays yours to revoke. Remove our account in the same console and the connection ends. Analytics, Search Console and Ads connect the same way, and the full list of connections says what each one reads.
Who can change my listing?
Our team can, with manager access. The screen cannot. Manager access lets our team read the listing and edit its fields through Google's own API, service area being the usual example, so a change you ask for is made on the listing itself. Ask by email to [email protected] or from the Support view's New request button. It becomes a numbered ticket you can follow in the Support view, and a person makes the edit. Nothing on the screen writes to your Business Profile, and the security page lists every write path the product has, so you do not take that on trust.
Manager access cannot remove the listing. Google reserves deletion for the owner and grays the option out for a manager in its own console. Manager is the role we ask for, not owner.
Does this tell me where I rank in the map pack?
No. The Command Center does not report a map pack position and it is not a local rank tracker. The keyword positions on the search view are Search Console average positions, published two to three days behind, for organic results. What the Business Profile connection adds is Google's own count of calls placed from your listing: one outcome a map pack position exists to produce, measured directly instead of inferred.
Two more limits. Calls means taps on the call button on your listing, counted by Google. There is no call-tracking system behind it, and a phone lead counts in the Leads view only if your CRM records it. Listing performance runs through yesterday, because Google does not finalize the current day; the rating and review count refresh automatically from your public listing. For the wider program that works on the listing itself, our local services marketing is the agency counterpart to this connection.

What the Business Profile connection reads.
| What | Where it comes from | How fresh |
|---|---|---|
| Rating and review count | Your public Google listing | Refreshes automatically |
| Profile calls | Business Profile Performance API | Through yesterday; Google does not finalize the current day |
| Listing fields, such as service area | Edited by our team with manager access | When you ask |
The role you grant is manager: it lets us read your listing's performance and edit its fields, it cannot remove the listing, and you can revoke it in the console you granted it in at any time.
Questions, answered.
Do I have to give you my Google password?
No. You add our Google account as a manager on the listing from your own Business Profile console, and you can remove it there at any time. We never hold your password.
Do the rating and review count update on their own?
Yes. They are read from your public Google listing and refreshed automatically, not copied in at setup. The card re-reads the listing when the view opens and its last reading is more than twelve hours old.
Does it show my map pack ranking?
No. The Command Center is not a local rank tracker. Keyword positions on the search view are Search Console average positions for organic results. The Business Profile connection shows your rating, your review count and Google's own count of calls placed from the listing.
Can I edit my listing from the dashboard?
No. You ask your team, and a person makes the edit with manager access. Nothing on the dashboard writes to your Business Profile.
How far behind is listing performance?
Through yesterday. Google does not finalize the current day, so the totals end at the last complete day. The rating and review count refresh automatically from your public listing.
Does calls mean you track my phone calls?
No. Calls is Google's count of taps on the call button on your listing. There is no call-tracking system, and a phone lead counts in the Leads view only if your CRM records it.
