AI marketing platform for service businesses

Runs your marketing. Shows you what it did.

Search, ads, content, outbound and email for businesses where one customer is worth thousands and nobody on staff does marketing. It refreshes when you open it, counts leads from your own forms, and keeps a review-first queue in front of every outbound send.

Who this is for

Built for the business where marketing is nobody's job.

You have a service area, a job worth thousands when you win it, and nobody whose job is bringing in the next one.

The work gets split up without anyone deciding to split it. An agency has the ads. A freelancer built the site. A lead service sells you a lead it also sold to your competitors. None of them can tell you which dollar produced the job.

So the owner runs marketing by default, at night, with five tabs open. This page answers the four questions that decide it: what it is, what it does, whether you can see it, and what it costs.

What it is

One screen your marketing
actually runs inside.

A dashboard at your own web address, behind a sign-in we control. It is the software doing the work, not a report about it.

Search, paid ads, the content on your site, email and outbound all execute inside one system, and every one of them reports onto the same board.

It refreshes because a human opened it. Last night's snapshot shows first so you never land on a blank screen, then it pulls fresh behind your request when what it holds is over five minutes old. The Refresh button never shows an error, and a failed pull leaves yesterday's good page up.

Our operators run it for you. Tools wait to be driven. This does not.

Can I see it

Every page below is a working view.

Not a roadmap, and not a feature list. Each one is a page in the product with its own write-up.

What you open

The views, and the stamp that says how old they are.

Every view appears only once the account behind it is connected, so you never look at an empty tab pretending to be a feature.

The header carries the age of what you are reading, and the sources that lag say so rather than rounding themselves up to live.

The demo runs the same engine code every client runs, on a fictional company, with every number illustrative.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one needs you.

No wizard, and no software for you to learn.

  1. 01

    Connect

You add our Google account as a manager on Analytics, Search Console, Ads and your Business Profile, revocable any time from your own console. We connect your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform and your forms from the inside.

  2. 02

    Pull

Each source is read on its own schedule and stamped with its honest age. A nightly bake stands behind it, so a failed pull leaves a good page up instead of an empty or broken one.

  3. 03

    Run

Your ad account's change history is read daily at 7:05am Eastern by one watch that runs over every account we manage. Where your forms feed the lead sheet, a second check reconciles the leads that landed against the conversions Google counted. Where your tier carries the content engine, articles pass a demand gate on real search volume, then move through research, writing and a draft. Where your tier carries the outbound engine, prospects are sourced weekly and drafted into a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged.

  4. 04

    Open it

Every lead and its outcome, every dollar of spend and what it bought, every article that shipped.

Freshness, said plainly

Your CRM, Stripe payments, booking platform jobs, website leads and email statistics are live. Google Ads and GA4 run hours behind intraday. Search Console runs two to three days behind, for everyone. The header says how old it is, and a failed pull leaves yesterday's page up. How the live data works

Setup takes two to four weeks. Week one is access. Week two is the first pull, baselines, your keyword set and the ads watch. Weeks three and four bring content cadence, ad reporting, email flows and goals. Read the setup plan

Do I believe it

Four numbers out of our own logs.

Each of these happened, is reported in the past tense, and came out of work we did. The expensive problems are the quiet ones.

0 Ad account change events across the accounts we manage in one 29 day window. 291 were our own writes, 21 material. Reading all of them is how you find the 21.
0 Days an auto-applied Google recommendation ran on three search campaigns. Cost up 65 percent week over week, conversions flat.
0 Real leads that landed in six weeks while a tag change had quietly stopped every counted conversion.
0 Clicks from every non-brand query in 90 days, against 42,945 impressions. Ranking is not earning.

Over ninety days, 457 non-brand queries where trulata.com ranked in the top ten produced 4,719 impressions, a median of one each. All non-brand queries together: 42,945 impressions, two clicks. We would rather say that about our own site than sell you a rankings report.

Keyword positions are Search Console average positions, not a rank tracker pretending to be one. A blank answer from an engine stays in the denominator as a measurement error, never counted as a miss. Stripe is read only, and a revoked seat stops working within thirty seconds. FAQ

The questions buyers ask first.

What is the TruLata Command Center?

One dashboard at your own web address, behind a sign-in we control, and the software your marketing runs inside. Search, ads, content, email and outbound execute in the same system that reports on them. What the Command Center is

Do I have to run it myself?

No. Our team runs the engines and manages the accounts whether or not you signed in. From the screen you set a lead outcome and request a website, content or targeting change, and those are logged. The screen never writes to your ad account, CRM, site or Business Profile. How we run it for you

What do you connect to, and do you need my passwords?

Analytics, Search Console, Ads and your Business Profile connect as manager invitations you can revoke from your own console. We connect your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform and your forms with access you grant at setup. We never hold your passwords, and your inbox, your calendar and customer card data are not connected. See every integration

Does anything reach a customer without a person seeing it first?

Outbound leaves from a review-first queue, released by a person or on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged; and anyone who replies not interested or bounces is suppressed from then on. Content is your choice, because auto-publish is a setting you can leave off. How the review queue works

How fresh are the numbers?

Your CRM, Stripe payments, booking platform jobs, website leads and email statistics are live. Google Ads and GA4 run hours behind intraday. Search Console runs two to three days behind. The page states the age of each source. See how live data works

How are leads counted?

Your form handler records every submission server side the moment it lands, and the Leads view reads them newest first, so a blocked analytics script cannot make a real lead disappear. There is no call tracking, so a phone call counts only where your CRM recorded it. How leads are counted

What does it cost and how long is setup?

Three published tiers, month to month, with nothing metered; each tier's price and everything it includes are on the pricing page. Command is scoped per engagement and carries no published number. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and setup takes two to four weeks. See pricing in full
