Know which search, review or ad dollar brought the next dog through the door.
Built for a grooming or boarding business where a standing client comes back for years and the phone rings while a wet dog is on the table. TruLata reads the accounts you already have, shows them on one screen that refreshes when you open it, and runs the scheduled work whether anyone is at a desk.

Is this built for a pet grooming or boarding business?
Yes. It does the most for a business that sells a service, a grooming shop or a boarding kennel with a territory of its own, whoever runs its marketing, and a business with more than one location fits the same way. Grooming and boarding run on the relationship, not the single visit. A standing groom is kept for the life of the dog. A boarding client books every holiday and every trip, often for more than one pet. A daycare regular comes in every week. The first visit starts that relationship and the rebook at checkout keeps it, so the marketing that matters is the marketing that brings the first visit through the door.
The moment that customer chooses you is short, and it happens on a phone. A family brings home a puppy, moves to a new town, or has a trip in three weeks and a dog boarding for the first time. They search, read the reviews under the top results, look at the photos, check whether you take their breed and what you need before a first stay, and book with the first place that looks like it will care for their animal. They are handing a stranger their pet, so the reviews are the decision, and the business in front of that search gets the booking.
The alternatives are the ones every trade knows: an agency you cannot see inside, a shared lead from a marketplace, or doing it yourself after close. TruLata counts booking requests from your own forms, reads your reviews, ads and search from accounts you already own, and runs the parts that can run without you. The page for a business with no marketing team walks through that split.
A first visit starts a relationship
- A new puppy
- A move to a new town
- A trip in three weeks
- The first visit
- The rebook at checkout
- A standing client for the life of the dog

What does the screen show a grooming or boarding business?
It leads with booking requests. When someone submits the new-client or booking form on your site, the form handler appends the row to a lead sheet server-side and emails your team. The Leads view reads that sheet newest first, so a holiday boarding request that landed at 6am is on the screen when you open it, whether or not a tracking tag fired. Set an outcome on each lead from the screen, contacted, quoted, won, lost, or not a lead with the reason, and it is written to the lead record. The leads page covers the ledger and the daily watch behind it.
Then the reviews, because that is where a first stay is decided. Your Business Profile connection reads reviews, rating and listing performance through a manager invitation you can revoke, and the Google reviews card, your rating and your review count, loads live when the search view opens. Search Console shows the queries you appeared for, impressions, clicks and average position, two to three days behind; for a groomer those queries are the service, the breed and the town, and the positions are Search Console's own averages, not a rank tracker. Google Analytics 4 adds sessions, sources, pages and key events, hours behind intraday. Google Ads shows spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign.
Where you run the book on a CRM or booking platform, the Jobs view reads jobs and the job pipeline live, with a coming-soon card rather than a number until the data is trustworthy. Where your Facebook and Instagram pages are connected, the Social view shows reach, engagements and followers by platform, read only, on Meta's schedule, so the photos you post after a groom are counted. The boundaries matter as much: card data is never read, your inbox and calendar stay outside the screen today and connect during setup where your engagement calls for them, and a phone booking counts when your CRM or booking platform records it; a call-tracking platform you run is connected during setup. Each view appears as its source is connected, and the Integrations view lists what is connected on your instance.

What runs while I have a dog on the table, and what still needs a person?
Your Google Ads search campaigns are managed on all tiers, and every morning at 7:05 Eastern a watch reads your account's change history and its user list, then separates our own writes and routine noise from material changes by anyone else, including the recommendations Google applies on its own. A setting flipped under a staff login while you were clipping nails is raised the next morning, not found at the end of the quarter. A new address given access to your account is raised the same way, because the watch reads the user list beside the change history. Where your forms feed the lead sheet, a second watch at 7:20 Eastern runs five checks across the sheet, GA4 and Ads, so a dead tag is caught in days. It checks the leads that landed against the conversions Google counted, so a blind ad account or a stalled form is named the next morning.
On Launch, Growth and Command, the content engine takes topics through queued, researching, writing and draft. Each topic passes a demand gate on real search volume from Google's keyword planner and on what already occupies the result page, so a piece on a dog's first boarding stay is written only if people search for it. The dedupe reads the titles already on your site, the research cites current sources, each piece is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive with a featured image, and auto-publish is a per-client setting with approval optional. On Growth and Command, Facebook and Instagram campaigns run alongside search, managed. On Command, prospects are sourced weekly to a target profile set with you, which for a boarding business can be the accounts that refer: veterinary practices, apartment communities, rescues. Every night at 12:01am Central a fallback snapshot is baked, and a failed pull leaves the previous page up. Open the page and it loads that snapshot first, then pulls fresh numbers behind it if it is older than five minutes.
What stays with a person is the judgement: the limits on spend, and anything that answers a person. A budget or bid change is made within the limits set for your engagement and lands in your account's own change history, so the push before holiday boarding and the pullback in the slow weeks are decisions with a name on them. A prospect email leaves from a review-first queue; a person releases it, or the queue releases it on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged with the draft, the mailbox and the time. Replies are classified, and not-interested and bounced addresses are suppressed. From the screen you can set a lead outcome or request a website, content, keyword, category or targeting change; each request lands with the team and is logged, and the change is then made in your account through its API and lands in its own change history.

Can I see it before I sign?
Yes. The demo runs the same engine code every client runs, on a fictional company called Meridian, with every number illustrative and your name and email in front of it. Open the Leads, Google Ads and search views and you are looking at the screen you would get.
Then read it against your own business. You sell a service, grooming, boarding or daycare, to the families in your towns. Whether the marketing happens between appointments, after close or on a marketer's desk, that is the business the product is built for. Want the work done as a service rather than run on a screen? The services side of TruLata does that, and the same team runs both. The industries page shows the same fit read against every trade.
Read the search view the way it is built. Ranking is not earning, and a position on it is Search Console's average for the query rather than a rank tracker's guess. The search view puts clicks beside impressions, and the Leads view counts what the site actually sent you.

Which tier fits a grooming or boarding business?
The one whose engines you want running. Starter includes the TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. The content engine is on Launch, Growth and Command. Meta ads are on Growth and Command. The outbound engine is on Command, and Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on.
Seats are three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every tier is month to month with nothing metered, and an annual commitment takes twenty percent off the monthly. The pricing page carries the same figures.
What if I want it run for me?
Then our team runs it. On Command the judged work sits with our people: the ads account, the content cadence, the approvals, the outbound queue. Our own changes land in the change history the 7:05 Eastern watch reads, sorted as ours, so your record shows what we did and when. A managed strategy retainer sits on top of any tier, scoped with you, and carries no number here. The managed page covers both.
TruLata also works as an agency for a business that wants the work done without the screen, or that wants the team before the software: local services marketing, search work and paid search. Same people, same watch.

What the screen reads for a grooming or boarding business.
| What | Where it comes from | How fresh |
|---|---|---|
| Booking requests and new-client forms | Your site's forms, appended to the lead sheet server-side | Live, newest first |
| Jobs and the job pipeline | Your CRM or booking platform, where you run on it | Live; a coming-soon card until the data is trustworthy |
| Reviews, rating and listing performance | Google Business Profile, with our account as a manager | The reviews card loads live when the search view opens |
| Ad spend, conversions, cost per conversion | Google Ads | Hours behind intraday; change history read daily at 7:05am ET |
| Queries, impressions, clicks, average position | Search Console | 2 to 3 days behind |
| Sessions, sources, pages, key events | Google Analytics 4 | Hours behind intraday |
| Reach, engagements, followers by platform | Facebook and Instagram, where connected | On Meta's schedule |
Your CRM or booking platform, Stripe, website leads and email stats are live. Google Ads and GA4 intraday lag hours. Search Console runs two to three days behind. The header stamp says when the data was pulled, and every Refresh ends in a reloaded page.
Questions, answered.
Do you count phone bookings?
When your CRM or booking platform records them. A call-tracking platform you run is connected during setup like any other source with an API. The leads the screen counts are booking requests and new-client forms from your own site, appended to a sheet server-side as they land, plus jobs where you run the book on a CRM or booking platform.
Does it reply to my Google reviews?
The screen reads reviews, rating and listing performance from your Business Profile, and the Google reviews card on the search view shows your rating and review count. Replying is your voice, so it stays with you today, and new views arrive as they are built. A request from the screen goes to the team as a logged ticket, and the engine's writes to your ads account and your site go through their APIs.
Can I turn ads up before the holidays and back down in the slow weeks?
Yes, and a person does it. Budget and bid changes are made within the limits set for your engagement and land in your account's own change history, and on all tiers our team runs the account. A targeting change requested from the screen goes to the team and is logged. Either way the change lands in the account's change history, which the watch reads the next morning at 7:05 Eastern.
Can I tell a one-time bath from a client who comes back?
You can mark what each lead became: contacted, quoted, won, lost, or not a lead with a reason, and the outcome stays on the row. Whether that client rebooked is your CRM or booking platform's record, and where you run on one the Jobs view reads the pipeline live. Where you take payment through Stripe, the Revenue view shows subscriptions and recent charges.
Does the demo show a grooming business?
It shows a fictional company called Meridian with illustrative numbers, on the same engine code every client runs. The views are the same; your accounts fill them instead.
What do I have to set up myself?
Manager invitations on your Google accounts during setup: Analytics, Search Console, Ads and the Business Profile listing. Our team connects your CRM or booking platform, Stripe, your email platform and your site's forms from the inside with the access you grant, so your side is the invitations, and we never ask for your account passwords.
