Know how every campaign landed, read live from your ActiveCampaign account.

Send through ActiveCampaign and the email view shows sends, unique opens, clicks and unsubscribes for every recent campaign, read from your account through its API when the page is opened and the last pull is older than five minutes. The dashboard reads. Nothing on it sends.

What will I see for each campaign?

Every recent campaign, with the counts that matter. Each read carries the campaign name, the date it went out, how many contacts it was sent to, unique opens, unique clicks and unsubscribes. Open rate and click rate are computed from those same counts, unique opens or unique clicks divided by sends, so the percentage on screen comes from the numbers behind it, not from a report. Campaigns come newest first, so the one that went out this morning is in the read.

The account totals come with it: contacts on the account, how many recent campaigns were read, total sends across them, and the average open and click rate across those sends.

Where do I find the numbers?

On the email view, once your list is on ActiveCampaign. A stat row across the top carries the account totals: contacts, total sends across the recent campaigns read, and the average open and click rate. Under it sits the recent campaigns card: name, date, sends, open rate and click rate, newest first. Click a campaign to open its unique opens, unique clicks and unsubscribes.

Nothing on this view is typed in. Every tile is what your ActiveCampaign account said the last time the page was opened, so the time stamp in the header tells you more than any single number under it.

The Analytics view: a twelve-month sessions bar chart, traffic by source bars for organic search, AI referrals, direct, social, outbound and paid, and a top pages table with views and average time.

How fresh are the numbers?

Live, and live has a precise meaning here. Open the dashboard and the page loads last night's snapshot first, fetches the cached payload at once, and runs a fresh pull in the background if that payload is older than five minutes. Press Refresh to pull on demand; the page reloads when the time stamp moves and never shows an error. Email statistics move on every load, alongside your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform and website leads.

A nightly bake at 12:01am Central stands behind every client as the fallback. A failed pull or a failed syntax check leaves the previous page up rather than shipping an empty one. Other sources have lower ceilings set by their owners: Google Ads and GA4 run hours behind during the day, and Search Console runs two to three days behind. The page says which is which, and the live data page spells out the ceiling for each source.

What does connecting take?

An API key and your account URL, both issued from your own ActiveCampaign account under Settings, then Developer. Our team makes the connection from the inside during setup with the access you grant. There is no wizard and no sign-in button, and you never paste a key into a form on the dashboard. The key can be tested against your account before it goes on file, so a wrong key surfaces at setup, not later as an empty tile.

Once stored, the key is encrypted at rest. The only part kept in the clear is its last four characters, so we can confirm which key is on file without reading it. The plaintext is decrypted server-side for the pull and never sent to a browser. Each key belongs to that client's own account, we hold no ActiveCampaign password, and the key is deleted from our store on request. The Integrations view on your dashboard lists the connection with its status, next to your CRM connection and the rest.

The Google Ads view: five stat cards for spend, conversions, cost per conversion, ROAS and impression share, and an active campaigns table with spend, conversions, cost per conversion and a Running status per campaign.

Will anything send from my account?

No. Nothing on the dashboard writes to your account. The write paths from the screen are few: set a lead outcome, request a website change, request a content, keyword, category or targeting change, and ask a question where that view is offered. Each request goes to your team and is logged. None of them reaches ActiveCampaign, your CRM, your ads account or your site directly, and the security page lists the same paths in full.

Your lifecycle flows do send, from your own platform, under rules built with you; email flows are part of weeks three and four of setup. Where our team builds your newsletters or your website forms feed your list, our team makes those writes from the inside under rules set up with you, never from the screen. Nothing goes out because someone clicked a button on the dashboard. Prospecting email to new businesses belongs to the outbound engine, where prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged. Your inbox is not connected and is never read.

The search view: stat cards for organic clicks, keywords ranking, keywords in the top 3, referring domains and domain rating, and a top keywords table with position, change and monthly volume.

What if my list is on another platform?

ActiveCampaign is the email platform read live today. Ask for another platform during setup, or press the request button on the Integrations view of a live dashboard and the ask goes straight to your team. Your list stays where it lives. We do not ask you to move it.

Every connection the product makes has its own page saying what it reads and how fresh it can be. Start at the full list of connections if email is not the source you care most about.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which ActiveCampaign numbers does the Command Center show?

Per campaign: sends, unique opens, unique clicks, unsubscribes, open rate and click rate, newest first. For the account: contacts, total sends across the recent campaigns read, and the average open and click rate.

Are the opens and clicks live?

Yes. The account is read through its API when the page is opened, a pull runs in the background when the cached payload is older than five minutes, and Refresh pulls on demand.

Do I have to give you my ActiveCampaign password?

No. The connection is an API key and account URL issued from your own account. Our team connects it during setup, stores it encrypted, and never sends its plaintext to a browser.

Does the product send email from my ActiveCampaign account?

Not from the screen. Nothing on the screen writes to the account. Your flows send from your own platform under rules built with you. Prospecting email is a separate engine: prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged.

Can you connect a different email platform?

Ask during setup. ActiveCampaign is the platform read live today, and your list stays where it is either way.

Do you read my inbox?

No. It is not connected on any client account and no view depends on it.
