Know exactly what you are buying before you commit.
Setup, freshness, access, price and leaving, answered as the product runs today. Each answer links to its longer page where one exists, and the contact page reaches a person for anything not here.
How soon will I see my own numbers?
In two to four weeks, and your part is granting access. Week one: you add our Google account as a manager on your Analytics property, Search Console site, Ads account and Business Profile listing, and our team connects your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, email platform and website forms from the inside. Week two: the first pull, your baselines, your keyword set and the ads watch. Weeks three and four: ads reports, email flows, goals and, where your tier carries the content engine, the content cadence. Setup is not billed. There is no wizard and no OAuth consent screen for you to complete.
How current are the numbers?
As current as each source allows, and the page says which. Your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, website leads and email statistics are live. Google Ads and GA4 intraday figures lag by hours. Search Console runs two to three days behind. Open the page and it shows last night's snapshot first, serves the live payload from cache at once, and runs your pulls in the background when that cache is older than five minutes. Press Refresh to start a full pull; the page reloads when the stamp moves, and it never shows an error.
Who can open it, and what can they change?
Only people holding a seat on your account, and the team that runs it. An access gate on your dashboard's hostname authenticates the person; our seat list authorises them. You sign in with a single-use magic link from login.trulata.com, and a revoked seat stops working within 30 seconds. The screen has four write paths: set a lead outcome, request a website change, request a content, keyword, category or targeting change, and ask a question where the assistant view is offered. None of them writes to your Ads, CRM, site or Business Profile directly.
What does it cost, and what do I keep if I leave?
Month to month: Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Command carries no number on the site. A managed strategy retainer, an add-on on any tier, is scoped with you. Nothing is metered. Leave in any month: revoke our access in your own consoles, and your Drive folder of content stays yours.

Every answer on this page was checked against the product as it runs today, not against a roadmap.
Questions, answered.
Who is the Command Center built for?
The owner of a geographic service business where one new customer is worth $3,000 or more and nobody on staff does marketing. All three have to hold; that is the qualifying test.
Do I have to connect my own accounts?
No. You add our Google account as a manager on Analytics, Search Console, Ads and your Business Profile listing. Our team connects your CRM, Stripe, your booking platform, email platform and website forms from the inside, with access you grant during setup. There is no wizard and no OAuth consent screen for you to complete.
Can I see the product before I buy?
Yes. Open demo.trulata.com in any browser. No form stands in front of it, it runs the same engine code every client dashboard runs, and every number in it is illustrative, for a fictional company.
Which views will I get?
The ones whose source is connected. The engine carries Overview, Revenue, SEO, AEO / GEO, Google Ads, Content, Outbound, Email, Analytics, Integrations, Settings, Account, Team, Billing, Branding, Social, Jobs, Leads and Website. Jobs appears only where the business runs on a CRM or booking platform, and shows a coming-soon card until its data is trustworthy.
Which CRM does it connect to?
GoHighLevel, the only CRM connected today: your contact record in our CRM and your own sub-account for pipeline stages and sources.
What runs on its own, and what waits for a person?
Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged. A person makes every budget and bid change in your ad account; no scheduled job does. Content publishes on the approval setting you choose. Nothing on the screen writes to your ad account, CRM, site or Business Profile directly.
What do I see if a source is unreachable when I open the page?
Last night's snapshot, stamped with its age. A nightly bake at 12:01am Central rebuilds that fallback for every client from one registry. If a pull or a syntax check fails, the previous page stays up; nothing empty or broken ships.
Are the keyword positions a rank tracker?
No. The positions on the search view are Search Console average positions for the queries your site appeared for, published two to three days after the fact. There is no rank tracker in the product.
How are leads counted?
From your own website forms. The form handler appends each submission to a lead sheet server-side and emails the team, and the Leads view reads that sheet newest first. A phone lead counts only if your CRM records it; there is no call-tracking system.
What does the daily lead watch check?
Five things, every morning at 7:20 Eastern, on an instance whose forms feed the sheet: the site's tracking tag still loads, website leads are being counted, paid leads are reaching Google Ads, no reliably spending campaign has gone dark, and the lead form has not gone quiet. It exists because a tag change once silently stopped every conversion for six weeks while 21 real leads landed and Ads reported zero.
What does the Google Ads change watch do?
It reads the change history of every connected Google Ads account at 7:05am Eastern every day and raises the material changes, Google's own auto-applied recommendations included, while setting aside our own routine writes. It also reads the account's user list directly, because a change to who has access is never logged as a change event.
Which answer engines are measured?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok, each through its own API. Visibility is scored at baseline and re-run as the program moves. A blank answer is a measurement error that leaves the denominator, never a miss.
Does it measure Google AI Overviews?
Yes, through the search view rather than the answer-engine view.
How are content topics chosen?
By demand. Each topic passes a gate on real search volume and on how occupied the results already are, and the pipeline dedupes against the titles actually published on your site. The research step cites current sources.
Does content get published without my approval?
Only if you choose that. Auto-publish is a per-client setting and approval is optional. Every piece is filed as a Google Doc in your Drive either way.
How do I revoke your access to my Google accounts?
In your own console, the same way you granted it. Every Google connection is a manager invitation you can withdraw at any time, and we never hold a client password.
Can another client's data show up on my dashboard?
No. Each dashboard is its own static site on its own hostname behind its own gate, and a preflight before every deploy fails if any other client's name appears anywhere in the instance.
How many seats do I get, and what roles are there?
Seats per plan: three on Starter, three on Launch, ten on Growth and unlimited on Command. Invite by email from the Team view as Member or Admin; it shows seats used against plan seats and says so when the plan is full.
Do you read my email inbox, my calendar or my customers' card data?
No. None of the three is connected on any client instance. Stripe is read only, for payments and subscriptions; the product never creates a charge or a refund.
Who releases an outbound email?
Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue; a person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for the engagement, and every send is logged with the draft, the mailbox and the time. Where your tier carries the outbound engine, ad creatives and your full marketing team, always on, prospects are sourced weekly to your target profile, replies are classified, and not-interested and bounced addresses are suppressed.
What is inside the price each month?
Everything the tier lists, with nothing metered. Starter carries the Command Center, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. Launch adds the content engine. Growth adds Meta ads. Command adds the outbound engine, ad creatives and your full marketing team, always on.
Is there a discount for committing?
Yes. An annual commitment takes 20 to 25 percent off the monthly. Otherwise every tier is month to month.
Do you still do marketing as a service?
Yes. TruLata sells marketing, software and consulting services alongside the Command Center, and the managed strategy retainer puts that work on top of any tier.
Is there an export when I leave?
You already hold it. Content was filed as Google Docs in your Drive as it was made, and your lead rows sit in a Google Sheet that your own site's forms append to. Leaving is revoking our access in your own consoles.
