TruLata is an AI marketing platform for service businesses, a TruLata dashboard that runs search, ads, content, outbound and email on a schedule and counts every lead from your own site on one screen. Enrich Labs sells Helena, an AI marketing agent it describes as "The last marketing hire you'll ever make." Enrich Labs's details on this page come from its own website, read in September 2026.
Is it built for a business like mine?
TruLata is built for a service business, whoever runs its marketing: an owner who carries it on the side, or a marketer who wants more reach.
Enrich Labs describes tiers aimed at solopreneurs and creators, at founders, marketers, clinics and professional services, and at brand operators, agencies and local store owners, with a top tier for mature businesses with established marketing teams.
What will I pay, and when do I find out?
Starter is $400 a month, Launch $650, Growth $1,200, and Command is scoped per engagement. Every published tier is month to month with no setup fee, and committing annually drops the monthly twenty percent. Command is scoped with you. The same figures sit on the pricing page.
Enrich Labs publishes a pricing page with Starter, Pro, Pro Plus and Enterprise plans, and states that "Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial" and that "Annual billing saves 25%." Usage runs on credits, which "reset on the 1st of each month, and you can top up on demand."
What does each one run for me?
Engines run on a schedule whether anyone is at a desk, and the team that built them runs them. Starter carries the TruLata dashboard, full analytics, leads, search visibility, the AI visibility program, managed Google Ads search, the assistant and briefings and support tickets. Launch adds the content engine. Growth adds Meta ads. Command adds the outbound engine, social media management and your full marketing team, always on.
Enrich Labs says Helena "turns your data into a plan, then does the work across search, email, ads, and social", including keyword research, long posts published to your CMS, Klaviyo or Mailchimp flows, daily ad budget moves and a social calendar. It also describes a morning briefing across every channel.
Whose lead count can I trust?
Trust your own count. Forms on a site we build are handled server-side, and each submission is written to a Google Sheet and emailed to the team as it lands. At 7:20 Eastern every morning, on an instance whose forms feed the sheet, the lead watch compares it with the conversions Google Ads counted and the events GA4 recorded, so a dead tag or a blind ad account shows up the next day.
Whoever you choose, ask whether the lead count on your screen is your own record or the ad platform's.

Will I see every change made to my ads?
At 7:05 Eastern every morning one job reads the change history of every ads account connected to us, plus the list of who holds access to it. Our own writes land in that same history, so what our team did sits on the same record as everyone else's.
Ask Enrich Labs how you would see a change made to your ads account last week, and who holds access to it today.
What we read every morning
- Every connected ads account's change history, at 7:05am ET
- Who holds access to each account
- Our own writes, on the same record
What to ask Enrich Labs
- How would I see a change made to my ads account last week?
- Who holds access to it today?
What do I keep if I leave?
Keep your accounts. Every Google connection is a grant you can revoke in your own console, we never ask for an account password, and where your forms feed a lead sheet the sheet stays where it is. What we read and what leaves with you is written out in full.
Ask Enrich Labs who owns the ad account, the analytics property, the website and the domain on the day you leave.

Questions, answered.
How does Enrich Labs charge for the work Helena does?
Enrich Labs uses credits: "Every task Helena runs costs credits." The site lists a chat, task, social post, image or ad creative at 1 credit, a blog article at 2 credits, a TikTok slideshow or email campaign at 3 credits, and video generation at 12 or 24 credits depending on length. Plans carry a monthly allowance, and "you can switch plans anytime."
What does Enrich Labs say about security and control?
Enrich Labs writes that "Your data stays private within your workspace" and that "You control every connection, with read-only options and approval gates on anything that publishes or spends." It also states that "SOC 2 certification is underway." TruLata states what it holds today: encrypted in transit, every change written to an audit log with the address, the request and the result, per-account rate limits, point-in-time recovery, and seat removal effective within 30 seconds.
