See what your Nextdoor ads bring in, next to your search, ads and leads.

Neighbors pick local service businesses on Nextdoor. Connect your Nextdoor ad account and its spend, clicks, leads and cost per lead land on the dashboard you already open, read through Nextdoor's own Ads API.

What will I see from Nextdoor?

Your Nextdoor ad account on its own tab, with the same layout as your other ad platforms. For the last 30 days and the last 7 days: spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, leads and cost per lead, for the account as a whole and for each campaign. Each ad has its own row too, so you can see which ad brings the leads and which only spends. Totals come from Nextdoor's reporting, so they match what Nextdoor Ads Manager shows for the same days.

A short watch sits on top. When the account spends with no leads recorded, or one campaign spends while the others convert, it says so in a sentence, so you find out from the dashboard rather than from the invoice.

How do I connect my Nextdoor ad account?

Type your Nextdoor ad account ID on the Nextdoor Ads tab. Nextdoor Ads Manager shows it as Account ID under your account name. TruLata reads the account through Nextdoor's Ads API, under an API agreement between TruLata and Nextdoor. We never ask for your Nextdoor password.

If the account is new to us, the tab says it is being linked, and your TruLata team links it with Nextdoor. Nothing more is needed from you, and the numbers appear once it is linked.

How fresh are the Nextdoor numbers?

A new connection is read within 15 minutes, and connected accounts are read again at least once a day. The figures inside each read are Nextdoor's, on Nextdoor's schedule, and the tab says when they were last read, so you see the time behind every number.

Can TruLata change my Nextdoor ads?

The tab reads. Nothing on it creates, edits, pauses or spends. Where we run your Nextdoor ads, changes go through your TruLata team, the way they do on your other ad platforms. Only the account owner or an admin can connect or disconnect the account, and disconnecting removes it from the dashboard at once.
