Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Connect Nextdoor to TruLata

We connect it with you. The steps below are read from the Nextdoor card on the Integrations tab of your dashboard, so they match what you see.

#Steps

In Nextdoor Ads Manager (ads.nextdoor.com), copy your Account ID: the long number under your account name.
Type it on the Nextdoor Ads tab of your dashboard and press Connect. TruLata reads the account through Nextdoor's Ads API within 15 minutes.
If the tab says the account is being linked, your TruLata team links it with Nextdoor. Nothing more is needed from you, and no password changes hands.

#After you connect

The card on the Integrations tab says Connected once it works, with a Disconnect button. If it later says Needs attention, open the card to read why and connect it again. A tab that reads from Nextdoor appears once the connection works.
