Get help inside the builder
Open the builder's Help tab for short answers, open a ticket a person answers, follow your tickets, or ask for a feature.
#Short answers
Open Help in the builder's left panel. It holds short answers for each part of the builder: changing the words, keyboard shortcuts, photos and files, adding a section, pages and the menu, colors and lettering, the assistant, publishing, going live, selling online, messages from your form, and billing.
#Open a ticket
You get a ticket number, and a person from TruLata writes back. Or email support@trulata.com.
- In Help, press Open a ticket.
- Say in a few words what is wrong or what you need, then what happened.
- Check the email under Where should we write back?
- Press Send to our team.
#Follow your tickets
Under Your tickets, each ticket shows its number, when it was opened, what it is about and where it stands: Open, In progress, Waiting on you or Resolved, with how many replies we sent by email. They are the same tickets your TruLata dashboard lists.
#Ask for a feature
Want your site or the builder to do something it cannot yet? Press Ask for a feature, say what you would like it to do, and press Send to our team. A person reads every request and writes back. The assistant offers the same when you ask for something it cannot do.
#Questions
Where do replies arrive?
By email, at the address you gave. The ticket's status updates in Your tickets.
