#Archive a lead

You see Archived. It is off your list, and show in the count line brings it back. The lead leaves the list and the count. Its status and any not-a-lead reason stay with it. Nothing is deleted.

  1. On the Leads tab, find the lead.
  2. Press archive beside its status.

#See archived leads

The count line above the list says how many leads are archived. Press show after that number and archived leads come back into view, dimmed. Press hide to put them away again.

#Put a lead back on the list

You see Back on your list.

  1. Press show after the archived count.
  2. On the lead, press unarchive.

#Questions

Can I delete a lead for good?

The Leads tab archives rather than deletes, so a lead is never lost by a stray click. Archive it to take it off your list.

Do archived leads show in my export?

The CSV from Export includes every lead the tab loaded, archived ones too.

The archive did not save.

The row says so and stays as it was. Try again, or reload the page if it asks you to.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
