Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Find your way around the Social tab

What the Social tab shows: your connected accounts, last week's numbers by platform, and every post coming up or published.

#Open the Social tab

Open Social under Social in the sidebar. What you see depends on how your social accounts are connected: through your TruLata social connection, which covers Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube, or through your Facebook Page alone.

If the tab says The social view is not switched on for this account yet, Ask TruLata can open a request for you.

#Your social accounts

The Your social accounts card lists each connected account with its platform and name, marked Connected or Needs reconnecting. Its button, Connect your accounts in Integrations or Connect or add accounts in Integrations, takes you to where accounts are added. See Connect your social accounts.

#Your numbers

Four tiles cover the last 7 days: Followers gained, Impressions, Reach and Engagement. The By platform table splits them by platform. What the social numbers mean explains each one.

#Your posts

The Your posts card shows how many posts are coming up, then two lists: Coming up and Published. A post coming up carries its status, such as Scheduled, Awaiting approval or Draft.

The list starts at 7 days: posts published in the last 7 days and coming up in the next 7. Press 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year to widen it, or pick your own dates in the from and to boxes. Press Show more when the list is long.

Press a post to open it. A post coming up shows its caption, status, when it goes out and its channels. A published post shows its likes, comments and shares on each channel, with a See it on link to the post on that channel.

#If you connected a Facebook Page

An account connected through a Facebook Page shows Facebook followers, Instagram followers, Post engagements and Instagram reach, a card for each platform, a By platform table and Top posts from Instagram.

Can I post from the Social tab?

The Social tab shows your accounts, numbers and posts. Where TruLata runs your social, posts are created for you and you choose whether they wait for your approval. See Approve social posts before they go out.

Why do I see Want us to post for you?

Your plan reads your social numbers but does not include posting. The card's Talk to us button starts that conversation.

How far back can I see posts?

The post list reaches back a year and out a year.
