Find your way around the Integrations tab
Search, filter and sort every tool you can connect, see what is connected, and open any card to connect or manage it.
#What the tab is for
Integrations lists every tool TruLata can read or publish to, one card each. Press Connect and approve TruLata in that platform, or paste a key; TruLata checks it works before saving it.
Two things connect elsewhere: your website's form on the Website tab, and Meta ads on the Meta Ads tab.
On an account our team runs, the tab lists what your dashboard reads and the tools you can connect yourself. Tools our team connected for you say Set up by your TruLata team.
#Find a tool
Type in Search integrations. It matches tool names, what they do and category names.
Press a category chip to show only that group. Each chip shows how many tools it holds, and Connected shows only what you have switched on. On a phone the chips become a drop-down.
Sort with By category, A to Z or Z to A. By category puts pinned cards first, then connected ones, then the rest by name.
#Categories
Google; Ads and social; Lead marketplaces; CRM; Legal practice and intake; Jobs, booking and field service; Calls and revenue; Email; Website and publishing; Microsoft 365; AI assistants; AI models; Automation and API; SEO and AI visibility. A category with nothing in it on your account is left out.
#Cards
Each card shows the tool's logo, its name, one line on what it brings in, and its status on the right. Press a card to open it in place and connect or manage it. Press it again to close it.
The Google card is pinned to the top. See What each integration status means for the labels.
#Tabs that appear after you connect
Some tabs appear once their source is connected, for example Jobs with a CRM or booking platform. A tab you do not see yet is often waiting on a connection here. See Why a tab is missing.
#Questions
I cannot find my tool. What now?
If search shows Nothing matches that yet, press Suggest a tool at the bottom of the tab. Anything with an API can connect. See Ask for a tool that is not listed.
Who can connect tools?
The account owner or an admin.
