Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Sign in with an email link, pick how you want to start, and get a first version of your site. Building and editing are free.

#Open the builder

Building and editing a site are free, and you do not need a card. You pay only when you take the site live on your own web address.

The builder has no password of its own. You sign in with a link we send to your email, and the same sign-in works for the rest of TruLata.

Go to builder.trulata.com, or press Start your site free on the website builder page.
Type your email address and open the sign-in link we send you.
On Let's make your website, choose I have a website or I don't have one yet.

#Start from your TruLata dashboard

If you already use TruLata, open the Website tab and press Build your website. The builder is part of your account: it uses the same sign-in, and the messages from your new site's form reach you there too.

When your site belongs to a TruLata account, the builder's top bar shows a Dashboard link back to it.

#Two ways in

I have a website: give us its address, and your Google listing if you have one. We read them and make a better version. See Build from the site you have now.

I don't have one yet: answer short questions about your business, one per screen. Skip any you like. See What the builder asks you.

#If you close the tab partway

Your answers are kept on that device as you give them. Come back within a week and the builder asks Pick up where you left off? Press Carry on to continue, or Start over to begin again.

TipAnswers are kept on the device you used. Open the builder on the same phone or computer to pick them up.

#Make another site

Press New site in the top bar to start a second site from the beginning. To start one from a site you already have, use Make a copy in Settings instead (see Download, copy or delete a site).

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Building, editing and publishing to your free preview address need no card. You pay when you go live on your own web address.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with a link sent to your email each time.

Can I build a site if I already pay for TruLata?

Yes. Open the Website tab and press Build your website. It uses the same sign-in as your dashboard.
