#What it shows

Every job in your CRM or booking platform, read live each time you open the tab. Four tiles sit at the top: Open jobs with their open value, Booked value over the last 12 months, Won this month and Win rate.

The table lists each job with when it was created, the customer, the stage, the value and where it came from. Search it, or filter by pipeline and by open, won or lost. A card below counts the jobs at each stage.

On some accounts the tab uses your own word, such as Cases, for the menu item and the tiles.

#Connect your platform

If nothing is connected yet, the tab lists the platforms you can connect, such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Insightly, Housecall Pro, Square and Calendly, each with how it connects: a key pasted on Integrations, or an approval in that platform with nothing to paste.

Jobber is connected by request: press Request Jobber and we connect it with you. Use something not on the list? Tell us on the Support tab which one.

#How jobs are counted

A job counts as won when your platform marks it won or its stage says won. Records named test are left out. A platform that does not answer shows Could not read; it is never counted as zero.

The tab only reads. Your team moves stages in the platform it already works in, and the tab shows the change the next time you open it.

#Questions

Can I move a job to another stage from TruLata?

No. Stages stay in your own platform. TruLata reads them and shows the change on your next open.

The tab says coming soon.

Jobs shows a coming-soon card until the numbers from your platform can be trusted. Nothing is needed from you.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
