#The labels

Connected: working. Open the card to see the account it reads and the date it was last checked.

Connect: ready for you to connect yourself.

Set up: a card with a few steps rather than one connection, such as API keys, AI assistants or call tracking numbers.

Request: our team connects this tool with you for now. See below.

Needs attention: the last check with that tool did not work. See below.

Coming soon: this connection is switching on shortly.

Some cards show a count instead, such as 2 connected on Social accounts or 3 keys on the API card.

#Fix Needs attention

  1. Open the card and read the reason shown in red.
  2. Make a new key or approval in that tool if the reason asks for it.
  3. Connect again from the same card.

#Use a Request card

Open the card and press its button, for example Request Jobber. That tells us you use the tool, and we connect it with you. See Jobber.

#Set up by your TruLata team

On an account our team runs, a card that says Set up by your TruLata team is a tool they connected for you. There is nothing to do.

#Questions

Why does a tool I connected say Needs attention?

The last check with that tool did not work. Open the card for the reason it shows, then connect again from the same card.

How long does a Request take?

Our team picks it up and connects the tool with you. The card shows Connected once it is done.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
