#Where it is

At the top of the Overview, the card Get set up shows how many steps are done, for example 3 of 7, with a progress bar. Click any open step and it opens the tab that does it. Finished steps are ticked and greyed out, and the card disappears once every step is done.

#The steps

Book your kickoff call: press Pick a time. See Book your kickoff call.

Your AI visibility check is in and Your Google reviews: two first-week findings, measured from your website and your public Google listing. Click them to read the AEO / GEO and SEO tabs. They count as done after your first week.

Connect Google and Choose your Analytics, Search Console and Ads accounts: both on Integrations. See Connect Google.

Tell us about your business: on Settings. Done once you have said what you do and given your website or where you work.

Send your leads here: on the Website tab. Connect your website's form, or connect GoHighLevel or CallRail on Integrations. A site made with the website builder counts too.

Invite your team: on Team. Done once a second person holds a seat.

#If our team runs your account

Your Overview shows Getting started instead. Each step is marked Done, We're setting this up or Needed from you, with what we need written under it. Reply to your TruLata contact or email support@trulata.com with anything marked Needed from you.

#Questions

A step will not tick off.

Each step checks the account itself, not a button press. For example, Connect Google ticks once Google is connected, and Invite your team once a second seat exists.

Can I hide the card?

It disappears on its own once every step is done.

Where else do open steps show?

Where the Home tab is switched on for your account, open steps also appear under the things that need you.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
