Leaving TruLata: what you keep and what to switch off
You keep your leads and articles. Cancel your plan, remove TruLata's access in your Google accounts, and tell us the date.
#What you keep
Your lead sheet and your article folder are already in your Google Drive, shared to you and refreshed each morning, so leaving takes an address, not an export. Before you go, open Account, press Download my data for a zip, and share the sheet and folder to any other address that needs them. See Get a copy of your data.
#Three things to do
- Cancel your plan in the billing portal behind Manage billing on Billing, or ask your TruLata team if your plan is an agreement. See Cancel your plan.
- Remove TruLata's access where you granted it:
addy@trulata.comin Google Analytics, Search Console and your Business Profile, and TruLata under Managers in Google Ads. Revoke any keys you created for TruLata in other tools. - Tell us the date at support@trulata.com. We empty your seat list, so no sign-in link works on your dashboard.
#No passwords to change
We never ask for your account passwords. Every connection is a grant or a key you created and can revoke in the tool itself.
#Questions
Is there a contract to get out of?
Every plan is month to month, unless you chose an annual commitment.
Do I lose my articles?
No. Each one is a Google Doc in a folder shared to you.
What happens to my dashboard?
It stops working once your plan ends and your seat list is emptied.
