Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

#What the kickoff call is

Thirty minutes on Google Meet with one of our team, included in your plan. We connect your accounts with you, look at your website together and set up what TruLata does for you first.

#Book it

You can book it on the page that shows while your dashboard is being built, or later from the dashboard.

Open the Overview.
In the Get set up card, find Book your kickoff call at the top and press Pick a time.
The booking page opens in a new tab with your email already filled in. Pick a time that suits you.

#Once it is booked

The step changes to Your kickoff call is booked, with the day, the time and who you are meeting. If the booking is cancelled or missed, the step opens again so you can pick a new time.

Where the Home tab is switched on for your account, the same step shows there with its own Pick a time button until it is booked.

Does the kickoff call cost extra?

No. It is included in your plan.

I do not see the kickoff step.

Some accounts have no kickoff to book, for example when our team is already working with you. Ask on the Ask TruLata tab or email support@trulata.com if you want a call.

Can I use the dashboard before the call?

Yes. Everything works before the call. Connect Google and fill in Settings whenever you are ready.
