#Connect your CRM

Each of these sends its new leads to your Leads tab with the source the platform recorded:

  1. GoHighLevel: new opportunities. Paste a Private Integration token (in GoHighLevel: Settings, Private Integrations, with Contacts and Opportunities read access) and your Location id (Settings, Business Profile).
  2. HubSpot: new contacts. Paste a Private app access token (Settings, Integrations, Private Apps, with crm.objects.contacts.read).
  3. Pipedrive: new people. Paste your API token (your name at the top right, Personal preferences, API).
  4. Insightly: new leads. Paste your API key and API pod (your picture at the top right, User Settings, API).

#How connecting works

  1. Open Integrations. Search for the tool, or open the CRM category.
  2. Press its card, fill in every box and press Connect. Where a platform offers it, a button such as Connect HubSpot opens the platform so you approve access there instead of pasting a key.
  3. TruLata tries the key once while the button reads Checking.... A key that works is saved and you see Connected. New leads from your CRM start arriving on the Leads tab. A key that fails is not saved, and the message says why.
TipKeys are stored encrypted and never shown again. Disconnect on the card removes one.

#Angi and Thumbtack

Where they are switched on for your account, the Angi and Thumbtack cards under Lead marketplaces show a private address. Every new lead from the platform lands on the Leads tab with the job asked about, and the account owner gets an email.

For Angi, email crmintegrations@angi.com your Angi ID and ask them to send your leads to that address. For Thumbtack, open thumbtack.com/pro/webhooks/list, add a webhook for new leads and paste the address. Share the address only with that platform: anyone who has it can send leads to your account.

If a card shows Request Angi or Request Thumbtack instead, press it and our team connects it with you.

#Outlook and Excel

Where Microsoft connections are switched on for your account, Outlook brings website form messages from your Outlook inbox onto the Leads tab, and Excel lead sheet reads the lead list you keep in Excel on OneDrive. Each opens Microsoft so you approve read-only access.

#Questions

My CRM is not on the list.

Write to support@trulata.com and name the tool you use.

Does TruLata change anything in my CRM?

These connections read. The key or approval you give is for reading your leads, and outcomes you mark on the Leads tab are saved on the lead in TruLata.

Where do I see which tool a lead came from?

In the Came from column on the Leads tab. Pick a source in the dropdown above the list to see only its leads.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
