Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Connect your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account

Enter your Meta ad account id on the Meta Ads tab, then approve TruLata's request once in Meta Business Settings.

#Before you start

Meta ads are on Growth and Command. You need your ad account id and someone who is an admin of that ad account in Meta. You never give TruLata your Facebook password. Where we already run your ads, this is done for you.

#Step 1: enter your ad account id

You see Connecting. Next: approve TruLata in Meta. The card changes to Connecting ad account with your id, and its badge reads Asking Meta while TruLata sends Meta the request, within 15 minutes.

In Meta Ads Manager, copy your ad account id. It shows at the top left, a number like 1234567890.
In TruLata, open Meta Ads under Ads in the sidebar.
Paste the number into Ad account id and press Connect.

#Step 2: approve TruLata in Meta

When the badge reads Waiting for your approval, open Business Settings, Requests in Meta. The card links straight to it.
Approve the request from TruLata LLC. Only an admin of your ad account can approve it.
Your numbers appear on the Meta Ads tab within 15 minutes of approving.

#If it does not connect

Waiting for you to add TruLata means Meta needs you to add TruLata to the ad account yourself. The card says what Meta answered and links to Open Ad accounts in Meta.

If the card reads That did not connect, it gives Meta's reason and shows the form again. Check the id and try again. To start over with another account, press Use a different ad account.

#What TruLata can do with the access

TruLata gets access to read your ads and to change them when you ask Ask TruLata to. It never gets access to your billing or to your people. The access lives on Meta's side, where you can withdraw it.

Where is my ad account id?

In Meta Ads Manager, at the top left. It is a number like 1234567890.

I approved but nothing shows yet.

Numbers appear within 15 minutes of approving. Refresh the Meta Ads tab after that.

Is this the same as connecting my Facebook Page?

No. The ad account carries spend, reach and clicks. Your Page and Instagram numbers connect on the Social tab.
