Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Upload your logo, set a workspace name and pick a brand color on the Branding tab, or have our team set them for everyone.

#Where Branding is

Where your account has it, Branding sits in the Account group of the menu. Accounts bought online do not show the tab; to put your logo on your dashboard, email the file to support@trulata.com and a person on our team sets it for every seat.

#Upload your logo

A wide, horizontal logo reads best in the header. A file that is not an image, or is over 2 MB, is refused with a note saying why. Remove logo takes it off.

Open Branding.
Drop a PNG, SVG or JPG up to 2 MB into Your logo, or click to choose one.
The header updates at once and the screen says Logo updated.

#Name and color

Type a Workspace name and the header changes as you type. Pick a Brand color from the swatches or the color picker. The Live preview card shows how the header looks. Buttons, badges and charts keep the TruLata colors on every account.

#Who sees your changes

What you set on Branding is kept in the browser you set it from. Everyone else on your team sees the default logo and name set for your workspace. To make a logo the default for every seat, email the file to support@trulata.com and a person on our team sets it.

Reset to default clears your changes in that browser and brings back the workspace default.

Why can my colleague not see my new logo?

Changes on Branding stay in the browser you made them in. Email the file to support@trulata.com to make it the default for everyone.

Can I change the colors of the charts?

No. Charts, buttons and badges keep the TruLata colors so every account reads the same way.

My logo disappeared.

Clearing your browser's site data removes logos set from that browser. Upload it again, or ask us to make it the default.
