Disconnect a tool or remove TruLata's access
Disconnect a tool on its Integrations card, revoke an API key, or remove TruLata's access from inside the tool itself.
#Disconnect from the card
- Open Integrations and press the connected tool's card.
- Press Disconnect. On QuickBooks it reads Disconnect from QuickBooks.
- The message says Disconnected and the card goes back to Connect.
#API keys and AI assistants
On the Zapier, Make, n8n and the TruLata API card, press Revoke beside a key and confirm. Anything using it stops working and its triggers are switched off. A connected AI assistant is listed there as a key and is removed the same way.
Remove TruLata's access in Google itself: take the access address off your Analytics property and Search Console site, and remove the manager link in Google Ads. See Connect Google.
#A Facebook Page
Press Use a different Page at the bottom of the Social tab to drop the current Page. You can also withdraw the access in Meta.
#From inside the tool
Every connection is a grant or a key you created, so you can also revoke it inside that tool, for example by deleting the WordPress application password or the private app you made. The card then shows Needs attention with the reason.
#Questions
Can I connect it again later?
Yes. Open the same card and connect it again, with a new key or approval if the old one was revoked.
How do I remove a call tracking number?
On the Call tracking numbers card, press Remove and confirm. The number stops working and cannot be got back; its calls stay on the Leads tab.
