#Turn on auto-publish

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find the Let TruLata act for you card.
  3. Tick Publish my articles without asking me first, when they pass their checks.
  4. Press Save. The card says Saved.
TipAuto-publish is on Launch, Growth and Command.

#What changes

With it off, every piece waits on the Content tab as a Draft until you press Approve. With it on, a piece that passes its checks goes to your site without waiting.

The line at the top of the Content tab says which one you have: on, a piece that passes its checks goes to your site, or off, every piece waits for your approval.

A piece marked Held still waits for a person. Your site needs to be connected for anything to publish; see Connect your website so articles publish.

#Turn it off again

Untick the same box and press Save. The card is off until you turn it on. Everything TruLata does on its own shows on the tab it happened in, and you can ask Ask TruLata to undo it.

#Who can change it

The account owner or an admin. Anyone else sees Only the owner or an admin can change this.

#Questions

Can I still edit pieces with auto-publish on?

Yes. A piece that is waiting as a Draft or Approved can be edited on its card. Once it is published, edit it in your website's editor.

Is auto-publish on when I sign up?

No. It is off until you turn it on.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
