Approve social posts before they go out

#Who this is for

On Command, TruLata creates posts for your business and publishes them. Your TruLata team sets up your posting calendar with you first. Until it runs, the Your social posts card on the Social tab says so.

If your plan does not include it, the Social tab shows a Want us to post for you? card with a Talk to us button.

#Choose how posts go out

1. Open Social and find the Your social posts card.
2. Pick Post on schedule: posts go out on their dates, and you can still edit or hold any of them first. Or pick Wait for my approval: each post stays a draft until you approve or edit it.
3. Press Save. The card says Saved. It applies within a minute.

#See what is waiting for you

Posts waiting on you appear under Coming up in Your posts, with the Awaiting approval badge. Press one to read its caption, when it goes out and its channels.

The approving itself happens in your social scheduler, not on this tab.

#Who can change it

The account owner or an admin. Anyone else sees Only the owner or an admin can change this.
