Connect Gmail to TruLata
A forwarding address. The steps below are read from the Gmail card on the Integrations tab of your dashboard, so they match what you see.
#Steps
- On the Integrations tab of your dashboard, copy your private TruLata address from the Gmail card.
- In Gmail: Settings, See all settings, Forwarding and POP/IMAP, Add a forwarding address, and paste it. Gmail sends that address a confirmation and we email it straight to you: open its link, or type its code and press Verify.
- Make a filter for your form emails (for example, from your website's address) and choose Forward to this address. Only form messages are kept; nothing else in your inbox is read.
#After you connect
The card on the Integrations tab says Connected once it works, with a Disconnect button. If it later says Needs attention, open the card to read why and connect it again. A tab that reads from Gmail appears once the connection works.
Every integration, and how each kind of connection works: Connect a tool.
