#Invite someone

They get an invite by email and sign in with that address. The list shows the owner first, then each person with invited once the invite has gone, or invite on its way before.

  1. Open Settings and find People who can edit.
  2. Type their email address.
  3. Choose what they may do: Can publish, Can edit, not publish or Can look.
  4. Press Invite.

#What each choice allows

  1. Can publish: change the site and publish it.
  2. Can edit, not publish: change the site, but not publish, go live, buy, invite people, connect a domain, copy or delete the site.
  3. Can look: see the site, its visits and its messages, without changing anything.

#Change or remove someone

Pick a new choice beside their email to change what they may do. Press the bin beside them to remove them.

#People on your TruLata account

If the site belongs to your TruLata account, people with an owner or admin seat on that account can edit and publish it too, and a member seat can look without changing anything. You do not need to invite them here.

#Questions

Do they need a password?

No. They sign in with a link sent to the email you invited.

Can an invited person delete the site?

No. Only the person who made the site can delete it.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
