What Ask TruLata can do for you
Ask TruLata can save your business details, refresh your numbers, write and publish articles, change ad campaigns on your yes, and open tickets.
#Things it does when you ask
Refresh your numbers. Say the numbers look old and it queues a new pull; they land within a few minutes.
Save your business details. Tell it what you do, where you work or the searches you want to win, and it saves them into Settings.
Write an article. On Launch, Growth and Command, ask for an article on a topic, or let it pick one. The draft appears on the Content tab, with its Google Doc, in about 15 minutes, and waits for your approval.
Get you a person. When something needs our team, it opens a support ticket and gives you the number in its answer.
#Things that wait for your yes
Anything public or that moves money waits for your clear yes in the conversation. It proposes the exact change with the numbers behind it, waits, then makes the change and tells you the before and after.
Publish an article you name by its title.
Google Ads: pause or turn on a campaign, or change its daily budget. A single budget change is limited to double the current budget or 50 dollars more, up to 500 dollars a day; a bigger change is yours to make in Google Ads.
Meta ads: on Growth and Command with your ad account connected, pause or turn on a campaign, change its budget, or build a new campaign. Meta applies the change within 15 minutes.
#Who can use actions
The account owner and admins. A member can ask anything and gets answers, but no actions. Google Ads changes through Ask TruLata are for accounts you run yourself; where our team runs your ads, the people running them make the changes.
#Every action is logged
Each change is recorded with who asked, the before and the after. Google Ads changes made this way show on the Google Ads tab. If TruLata did something on its own under a rule you switched on in Settings, ask Ask TruLata to undo it.
#Questions
Will it publish or spend anything without asking me?
No. Publishing, pausing or turning on a campaign and changing a budget each wait for your yes in the conversation.
Why did it not offer to change my campaign?
Actions need the owner or an admin, a connected ad account, and an account where you run your own ads.
Does it open a ticket for every question?
No. It answers what it can itself, and opens a ticket only when a person is needed.
