#When our team manages your Google Ads

On all tiers, our team manages your Google Ads search campaigns: budgets, bids, negative keywords, copy and structure. Searches that spend without bringing customers are added as negative keywords, so your ads stop showing for them.

Every edit lands in your own Google Ads account's change history, so you can read what was done and when.

#See how many were added

On a self-serve account, the Who changed your account card also counts negative keyword edits among its routine changes.

  1. Open the Google Ads tab.
  2. Click a campaign row in Active campaigns.
  3. Read Negatives added (30d): the negative keywords added in the last 30 days.

#On a self-serve account

The Watching your ads card flags spend with no conversions, account wide and campaign by campaign, every day. A campaign that keeps spending with nothing to show for it can be paused by asking on the Ask TruLata tab, or by a rule you set yourself. See Pause a campaign that spends with no conversions.

Negative keywords themselves are added in your Google Ads account.

#Questions

Will negative keywords stop my ads showing for good searches?

They are chosen from searches that spent without bringing customers. Every one added is in your Google Ads account's change history, where you can check it.

Where do I see what was changed?

In your own Google Ads change history. On a self-serve account, the Who changed your account card on the Google Ads tab also lists the last 14 days of changes each morning.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
