Pause a campaign or change a budget with Ask TruLata

#What you can ask

On a self-serve account with Google Ads connected, open the Ask TruLata tab and ask in your own words. It can list your campaigns, pause a campaign, turn one back on and change a campaign's daily budget. For example: pause the Spring promo campaign, or raise the Roof repair budget to 60 dollars a day.

Ask TruLata confirms the change with you before it makes it.

#Budget limits

In one step, Ask TruLata sets a daily budget from 1 dollar up to twice the current budget or 50 dollars more, whichever is larger, and never above 500 dollars a day. A larger change is made in Google Ads or with our team.

A campaign that shares its budget with other campaigns is changed in Google Ads, so the others are not moved too.

#Where changes are recorded

Every change, including one Google refused, is listed on the Google Ads tab in the Watching your ads card under Changes made through Ask TruLata: the date, the campaign, the before and after, and who asked. A refused change is marked (Google refused it). The change also lands in your Google Ads account's own change history.

#Meta ads

Where your Meta ad account is connected, Ask TruLata can also pause a Meta campaign, turn one on or change its daily budget, inside the same one-step budget limit. It confirms with you first, and Meta applies the change within 15 minutes. A campaign whose budget is set on each ad set, or on a lifetime budget, is changed in Meta Ads Manager.

It can also build a new Meta campaign with you. A new campaign runs as the Facebook Page connected on the Social tab and starts paused unless you say to launch it.
