#How seats are counted

The top of Team reads seats used of the seats on your plan, for example 3 of 3 seats used, and Billing shows the same count. A row marked Active or Invited uses a seat. Our own team's addresses do not count against your plan.

#When the plan is full

Team shows Seat limit reached. Upgrade under Billing to add more. and the next invite is refused. You have two ways forward:

  1. Remove a seat you no longer need: press Remove beside the name and confirm. The seat is free at once.
  2. Or move up to a plan with more seats from Billing. See Upgrade or change your plan.

#People marked suspended

If your plan has fewer seats than your team, for example after moving to a smaller plan, Team says how many people are suspended. They keep their place on the list but cannot sign in. Remove someone to let the next one back in, or upgrade under Billing.

#Questions

Does an invited person who never signed in use a seat?

Yes. A row marked Invited holds a seat until you remove it.

Can I buy one extra seat?

Seats come with the plan. Move up a plan for more, or send a request from the Support tab to ask about your options.

Do TruLata staff take up my seats?

No. Our team's addresses sit outside your plan's count.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
