#Sign in with your work email

The link works once and expires 15 minutes after it is sent. There is no password to set, reset or share.

1. Go to login.trulata.com.
2. Type your address in Work email and press Email me a sign-in link.
3. Open the email with the subject Your TruLata sign-in link and click the link in it.

#If the email does not arrive

The sign-in page gives the same answer whether or not an address has access: if that address has access, a sign-in link is on its way. That way nobody can use the page to find out who works at your company.

Nothing after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, and use the exact address you signed up with or the one your seat was invited at. A link that has expired or was already used says so when you open it and offers a new one.

#If you have more than one dashboard

If your address holds a seat on more than one TruLata account, the link opens a page headed Choose a TruLata dashboard that lists each one by name. Pick the one you want. See Sign out and switch between accounts.

#How your sign-in is protected

Your email account's own two-step security protects your sign-in, because the link only reaches your inbox. Each person on your team signs in with their own email, so nobody shares a login.
