Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Update your business name, legal name, addresses, the towns you serve and holiday hours in one place.

#Open your business details

Open Settings and find Your business.
Press Change your business details.
Make your changes and press Save.

#Name and description

Business name is required. Legal name, if different is used in the copyright line at the bottom of every page. One sentence about your business is required too; search engines and shared links show it.

#Locations

Each location has a name, street, city, state, ZIP and, if it is not your main number, its own phone. Tick Main location for the main one. Press Add a location for another, or the bin to remove one. With no location, no address shows on your site.

Opening hours are changed on the page: click the hours beside a day and type.

#Towns you serve

Type one town per line, for example Broken Arrow, OK. They are listed in your areas block and on your service area page. Leave it empty if customers only come to you.

#Holiday hours

Press Add holiday hours. Pick the first day, and the last day if it is more than one. Type Closed, or the hours, for example 10 am to 2 pm, and why, for example Thanksgiving. Holiday hours show under your opening hours until the day has passed.

TipTo make Google Maps match, use Send my hours to Google, where your Settings show Your Google listing.

In the header settings, under How people reach you. Buttons across your site follow it.

Can the assistant change my hours?

Yes. Ask it, for example "change our Saturday hours to 9 to 1".
