#The daily cap

Sends go out 8 seconds apart, up to a cap per mailbox per day. The cap is 30 by default and is set for your account.

The cap counts emails sent, not drafts written, and each run only prepares what the busiest mailbox can still send that day.

#Mailboxes and subject lines

Drafts rotate across the mailboxes set up for your outbound, and subject lines rotate from a small pool, because a batch of identical subjects reads as a blast. Pacing keeps the sending mailboxes healthy.

#Large lists

Address lookups are capped at 150 a day by default, so a large list is worked through over several days. Each person gets at most one opener in 30 days.

#Follow-ups

Follow-ups are checked each day at 8am Eastern and go out in the same thread, up to two, three days apart.

#Questions

Do you send from my business inbox?

Outbound sends from the mailboxes set up for your outbound, and reads them to catch replies. Your business inbox and calendar stay yours, connected only where you ask for it during setup.

Can I send more a day?

The cap is set for your account. Ask your TruLata team from the Target accounts (ICP) card in Settings.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
