#Day one

Your first AI visibility result lands within the hour after your website is known: what ChatGPT, Gemini and the other AI engines say when people ask for what you do. If your business has a public Google listing, your reviews are read from it too. Both show at the top of your Get set up checklist during your first week.

Connect Google and choose your accounts, and your Analytics, SEO and Google Ads tabs fill within the hour.

#Tabs fill as sources connect

A new account starts with fewer numbers and grows. Each tab fills as soon as its source is connected. Leads and your CRM are live. Google Ads and Analytics run a few hours behind during the day. Search Console runs 2 to 3 days behind, because that is how Google reports it.

#Get your leads on the screen

Open the Website tab and connect your website's form, or connect GoHighLevel or CallRail on Integrations. Every lead then arrives on the Leads tab with where it came from. If you do not have a site yet, the website builder makes one, and its form feeds Leads.

#Each morning

The Overview carries Today's briefing, written that morning from your own numbers. Ask TruLata can go deeper on any line of it.

Your screen refreshes every time you open it, and the Refresh button pulls the newest numbers when you want them right now.

#Questions

My dashboard looks empty. Is something wrong?

Usually Google is not connected yet. Open Integrations and connect it. If a tab says it could not load, it retries on its own.

When does AI visibility get measured again?

Every week after the first result.

Who do I talk to if I am stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab first, or email support@trulata.com.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
