#The question list

On the AEO / GEO tab, under Presence by model, the card Where your business shows up when buyers ask AI lists every question in the set. Won questions come first. Each row shows the question as it was asked, a cited badge where an assistant named you, and how many assistants named you out of those that answered.

#Open a question

Click a row to see whether you were named or Not yet, and which assistants were asked. Where the measurement carries it, a Behind this answer section shows the source the assistant cited, the competing answers and a plan to win the question.

#Where the questions come from

On a self-serve account, TruLata reads your website's homepage and what you wrote in Settings about what you do and where you work, and writes the questions a buyer would type. A question is counted as naming you only when the answer names your business, not an unrelated company with a similar word in its name.

To steer the questions, fill in What your business does and Where you work in Settings and press Save.

TipOn accounts our team runs, the question set is written with you during setup. Ask your team to change it; every change is logged, so a move in the score can be read against the set that produced it.

#Questions

Why am I named for one question and not a similar one?

Assistants answer different phrasings differently, even about the same trade in the same town. That is why the set covers the ways a buyer asks.

Can I add my own question?

On accounts our team runs, ask your team. On a self-serve account, the questions follow your website and your Settings, so describe your services and area there.

What do I do with the questions I am not named for?

They are your work plan. See What to publish next.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
