Read your Google Business Profile calls, clicks and views
What the Google Business Profile card shows: calls, website clicks, direction requests and views on Maps and Search over the last 28 days.
#The five numbers
Once your listing is connected, the Google Business Profile · last 28 days card on the SEO tab shows:
- Calls: taps on the call button on your listing.
- Website clicks: clicks through to your website.
- Direction requests.
- Views on Google Maps.
- Views on Google Search.
#Against the 28 days before
Each number shows its change against the 28 days before, with that earlier figure in brackets. A new listing reads no earlier period to compare yet. If Google did not return one number, its tile says Google did not return this one rather than showing zero.
Under the tiles, two lines show views on Maps and Search, and calls, day by day.
#Where the numbers come from
They are Google's own counts for your listing, through the last day Google has reported. The card names both date ranges. Press Open the listing on Google to go to it.
Your calls from the listing also show on the Overview, in Calls from your Google listing · last 28 days. Click it to open the SEO tab.
#Questions
Are these calls the same as my call tracking calls?
No. These are taps on the call button on your Google listing, counted by Google. Calls to TruLata tracking numbers arrive one by one on the Leads tab.
The card says it could not read the listing on the last try.
It shows the last numbers it read, with their date, and tries again. If it continues, check that addy@trulata.com is still a Manager on the listing.
Why does it say Google returned no activity?
Google had no activity for your listing in the last two months. A new or rarely seen listing can read this.
