#Where to connect it

Use the Google Business Profile card on the SEO tab, or the one under the Google card on Integrations. Both do the same thing. You keep ownership of your listing.

#Step 1: add TruLata as a Manager

  1. On Google, search your business name while signed in to the Google account that owns the listing.
  2. Open Menu, Business Profile settings, Managers, and press Add.
  3. Add addy@trulata.com as a Manager.

#Statuses

Waiting for the Manager invitation: the Manager has not been added yet, or the invitation has not reached TruLata. Connected: done. Needs attention: something went wrong; a note under it says what. Disconnecting: you pressed Disconnect.

#Change or disconnect

To show a different listing, paste its Maps link, press Update and make addy@trulata.com a Manager on it.

To stop, press Disconnect on the Integrations card. It is gone from the dashboard within 15 minutes. Remove addy@trulata.com as a Manager in your Business Profile settings too if you want the access gone.

#Questions

Is a Manager an owner?

No. You stay the owner. A Manager can be removed any time in the same Managers screen.

I added the Manager but it still says waiting.

TruLata checks every 15 minutes. If it still waits after an hour, check the address is exactly addy@trulata.com and that it was added to the right listing.

Do I need this to see my reviews?

No. Reviews show from your website or Maps link in Settings. The Business Profile connection adds calls, website clicks, direction requests and views.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
