Change how one block looks

#Open a block's settings

Click the block on the page, then press the gear on its toolbar. Block settings opens in the left panel. It sets how the block looks; its words and photos are changed on the page.

#Background

Pick Page, Tint, Dark, Main color, Any color, Photo or Video. With Any color, pick a color or type its HEX code and press Use it; words on it turn dark or light, whichever reads clearly. With Photo, pick one from your library and the words sit on it, darkened so they stay readable.

On a photo background, Shade over the photo sets how dark it is, and The photo stays put keeps the photo still as the page scrolls. Background shape adds a gradient, a slanted, curved or wavy bottom edge, or sets the block in with round corners.

#Size, spacing and alignment

1. Width: Narrow, Standard, Wide or Full.
2. Height: Fits the words, Half screen or Full screen, with the words at the top, middle or bottom.
3. Space above and below: Compact, Standard or Roomy.
4. Alignment: Left, Centered or Right.
5. Text size in this block and the Heading color for this block, kept readable on its background.

#Show it on phones or computers only

Under Shown on, pick Everywhere, Computers only or Phones only. Use the Phone, Tablet and Computer buttons at the top to check each size.

#Layouts for galleries, services, reviews and columns

Some blocks have their own layouts. A gallery can be a Grid, Wall, Slideshow or Carousel, and you can tick which photos it shows. Your services can be Cards, Rows or a List. Reviews can be Cards, Feature or Scroll sideways, and you tick which reviews show, in order. Columns can sit in rows or scroll sideways. An About block puts its photo on the right or left.

Animation sets how this block arrives as visitors scroll to it, in place of the one set in Style.
