What the Outbound tab does
The outbound engine finds businesses that fit your customer profile every week, drafts an opener for each and logs every send and reply.
#What outbound does
On Command, the outbound engine reaches the businesses you want as customers. Every week it sources businesses that fit your target profile from a business contact database, filtered to the titles, industries and company sizes set with you. It finds a deliverable address for each person and drafts a short opener.
Prospect emails leave from a review-first queue. A person releases them, or the queue releases on the schedule set for your account, and every send is logged.
#Find the tab
Open Outbound under Outreach in the sidebar. If your plan does not include it, the tab says which plan carries it, with an Upgrade, Compare plans or Talk to us button.
#What is on the tab
A stat row at the top counts what was sourced this week, sequenced, replied, positive and meetings. Press any of them to open it.
The Review-first send queue lists each prospect with the signal that earned the email and its status. See Review prospects and their openers.
Recent replies, classified lists replies with their class and a suggested next step. See What happens when a prospect replies.
#What runs on its own, and what waits for a person
Sourcing, suppression, finding addresses, drafting, follow-ups and classifying replies run on their own, whether anyone is at a desk.
Releasing the queue is set for your account: a person releases it, or it releases on its schedule. A note sent through a prospect's website contact form and a replacement contact for someone who left each wait for a person.

How do I change who is targeted?
