Connect a tool on the Integrations tab
Approve TruLata inside the tool, or paste a key you make there. TruLata checks it works before saving it.
#Tools you approve in their own window
- Open Integrations and press the tool's card.
- Press Connect and the tool's name, for example Connect HubSpot. It opens that tool so you can approve TruLata, read only. Nothing to copy.
- Sign in there and approve. You come back to the dashboard and a message says what is now connected, for example Connected. New contacts arrive on the Leads tab and email statistics show on the Email tab.
#Tools that take a key
- Open the tool's card. Each box says what to paste, and the line under it says where to find it in that tool.
- Make the key in your tool, following that line, and paste it.
- Press Connect. The button reads Checking while TruLata tries it.
- When it works, a message says where the data now shows, and the card says Connected.
#What TruLata stores
TruLata reads once with the key to check it works before saving it, and stores it encrypted. A key that does not work is not saved; the card shows the reason instead.
We never ask for your account password. Every connection is a grant or a key you create and can revoke in that tool.
#Cards that work differently
Google has its own steps: see Connect Google. Social accounts sign in platform by platform: see Connect your social accounts. A card that says Request is connected by our team with you: see What each integration status means.
Each tool has its own page with exact steps, for example HubSpot, GoHighLevel, CallRail or WordPress.

It says it could not be connected just now.
Try again in a moment. If it keeps failing, tell us on Support.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. You approve TruLata in the tool or paste a key you made there, and you can revoke either one there.
