#Connect Outlook sending

Where Microsoft connections are switched on for your account, the Outlook sending card sits on Integrations under Microsoft 365.

  1. Open Integrations and press Outlook sending.
  2. Press Connect Outlook sending. Microsoft opens.
  3. Sign in as the person who answers leads and approve sending.
  4. Back in TruLata you see Connected. Open a lead on the Leads tab and press Reply.
TipTruLata never reads that mailbox. It only sends, and only to people on your Leads tab.

#Reply to a lead

You see Sent from your address, and the email sits in your Outlook Sent Items like any other.

  1. Open Leads and click the lead's row.
  2. Press Reply. It shows on leads that left an email address.
  3. The window shows who it is from and to. The subject starts as Re: and what they asked about, and the message starts with Hi and their first name. Change both as you like.
  4. Press Send from Outlook.

#Good to know

The reply is plain text. Up to 30 replies can be sent in an hour. If a reply cannot go, the window says why and nothing is sent; if Outlook sending needs connecting again, it offers a Connect Outlook sending link.

#Questions

Will the lead see TruLata anywhere?

No. The email leaves from your own Outlook address and is saved in your Sent Items.

Can I reply from Gmail?

The Reply button sends through Outlook. With Gmail, reply from your inbox using the email address shown on the lead.

I do not see a Reply button.

It shows once Outlook sending is connected, and only on leads with an email address.
