Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

The Google reviews card on the SEO tab shows your rating, review count and newest reviews, and flags the ones you have not answered.

#The Google reviews card

Open the SEO tab and find Google reviews, marked Live. It shows your rating, the stars and your number of Google reviews, with a See them on Google button.

Below that are your newest reviews, each with the reviewer's name, the stars, the date and the start of what they wrote. A review you have not answered is marked no reply, and a line above them says how many of the newest have no reply from you yet.

#Reply to a review

Press See them on Google to open your reviews on Google and reply there. Steady new reviews and fast owner replies help both how often you show on Maps and how often you are chosen.

#If your reviews do not show

Reviews are found from your business details. If the card says We could not match a Google listing to this account yet, fix it in Settings:

Open Settings.
Fill in Your website, or paste your Google Maps link into Your Google listing.
Press Save. The card picks it up within the hour.

TipYour Google Maps link is the address of your listing when you open it on Google Maps.

How often does the rating update?

It refreshes on its own. A new review shows once Google has published it.

Do I need to connect my Business Profile to see reviews?

No. Reviews are looked up from your website or Google Maps link. Connecting your Business Profile adds calls, clicks, direction requests and views.
