#What each status means

Open: we have it and are working on it.

Waiting on you: we replied and need something from you.

Resolved: a person on our team marked it done.

#How a ticket moves

A reply from us moves a ticket to Waiting on you. Your reply moves it back to Open. Only a person sets Resolved, so a ticket never closes on its own while something is still outstanding.

#Read our replies

Our replies arrive in your email and are copied onto the ticket every ten minutes, showing the start of each reply. On the Support tab, a ticket with replies carries a badge with the count. Click the row to see who replied, when, and what they said.

#Your ticket number

The number shows on screen the moment you send a request, and in the first column of the ticket list. Quote it in any email about the same issue.
